  • TUM MAK TAENG ( CUCUMBER SALAD )
    INGREDIENTS:
    1. Cucumber, roughly shredded
    2. Toasted dried chili
    3. Fresh chili
    4. Sugar
    5. Msg
    6. Shrimp paste
    7. Cherry tomatoes
    8. Lime
    9. Papaya salad dressing
    10. Fish sauce
    11. Salted rice field crabs
    12. Shrimp
    13. Vermicelli noodle

      Not really, unless you have hypertension, then you should definitely avoid the extra sodium. Other than that glutamate is something which is produced in our own body as well as other food items like sea weed(that's where msg was first discovered and produced from), tomatoes, mushroom, cheese etc.
