Viper im pretty new to multiplayer, but I think I can give you a tip on nomad. I see you struggle to find your villagers at the start sometimes.
What I like to do is to spam the idle vill button, then making my two closest villagers meet in the middle and the farthest away villager find the shoreline and dock.
