Tbh, I'd still eat it. Calling it a catastrophe is an exaggeration, I've seen much worse. And at least it's not burnt or burning down the house. My mom cooks like this half the time or more than half, depends on how well she's feeling that day due to her medical issues. No idea what's wrong with cheesy rice, it's delicious imo. My only concern is how much of that seasoning she used cause those mixed seasonings are usually really salty and less is better when using them. The only food I refuse to eat that might be considered blasphemy to a Mexican is avocados, I can't stand them, they're disgusting to me
