Thank you for creating all of your videos so far. As a man in his early 30s struggling with various things in my life, your videos have been beneficial signposts on the journey of self-discovery/actualization.
Thank you for saying that my friend! Honestly I sometimes do wonder if I am talking into the void. But messages like this make it all worthwhile! Wishing you all the best on your journey. Keep us posted on your progress! 😊🙏🏻
I had something a bit like a nervous breakdown about this around age 25. I was so confused about my place in the world and I mistakenly thought I should be a writer, I wrote a blog post about what I was feeling and shared it on facebook. It did not go down well, I publicly embarassed myself and negatively impacted my career and credibility in work. It was around the time Jordan Peterson became popular. I found his book / lectures in the aftermath of that incident. It was a very pivotal time in my life. I am 31 years old now and things feel a bit better. I have made some big changes. I have changed jobs and advanced in my career. I moved out of my parents house to a foreign country on my own 6 months ago. I often need to remind myself that things are progressing even when they do not feel like it. I was a wreck only 6 short years ago and I do not feel like one anymore.
That is amazing to hear that you have grown and kept progressing in your life! I admire your courage to keep going and to overcome your fears. Most of the fact you have struck out on your own and are reinventing. That is what life is truly all about! Keep going. You are an inspiration, my friend! 😊🙏🏻
I appreciate you being candid here. You're a few years younger than me. As far as I'm concerned, I am not yet a parent, husband. But I'm a brother, son, nephew, cousin, employee, student for the time being. Recently, I changed my educational/career goal. It was not the 1st time that I did that as a community college student. Belonging to school clubs, other groups there have helped me out very much. In the future, I have much more to learn about myself. My birthday will be later this calendar year. Everyday is a time for reflection.
i think it is a great opportunity to live in this time of crisis so that no traditional roles prevent us from being what we really want to be. Anytime.
Love your content man, very easy to digest and get through and the points you make are really good, I hope you can get more successful on UA-cam so people can get some good ideas in their heads. Instead of idolizing people with some questionable views and beliefs.
