      Pro tip, learn the most mechanical way to deliver mates, not the fastest (and most complicated). And then just practice it. Checkmate is still checkmate if it takes 20 moves or 5 moves.

    I ve been playing chess for over 20 years , a bit competitively at early age , casually later , i ve been taught this so many times but i could never do it or cared to study it when older. This is so helpful , after watching this just once i m confident i can pull it off every time !

    How to get the king inside of the cage

      First, you make sure your 2 bishops control the center, then imagine the v shape that the bishops control. Your goal is to make it smaller and smaller, and eventually shove that bastard who does not surrender in the corner like the bitch they are, and mate them.

      You have to cut the board into half triangles and try to get the king to one edge. Its good to try to look for ways to keep the king off the center of the board. Lichess has some great studies to practice endgames like this

    Two bishop check mate is wild. I’m usually in two rook, rook Queen, rook Queen night or pawn game. Very rarely do I not lose my bishops to gain rank positioning.
