Thanks for another great option, Kerry!
thank you!
I like the design. Great looking homes!
thanks Kirby!
The big windows and outdoor living spaces seem to be a trend. Maybe not trend, but just a better way to live. Thanks for another great video!
Always excited to see homes manufactured on the western states.
These are beautiful with the tall ceilings and plenty of windows!!
This company makes it on my short list.
Thursday isn't complete without a Kerry Video!! I like the Salish design. Thanks for a new home to browse... shivering black bell thumbs up and heart!
Great option, Kerry. Thanks for sharing! Linden is just a hop skip, barely still the USA. 😉 Maybe I'll check them out on my next YVR trip.
Thanks Joe! I'm hoping to get over there soon too
Wow. Nice options.
Love the amount of windows!!
that's what i love too.
I saw the Salish home years ago. I liked it then and still like it.
The high windows are great for keeping the place lit up but we'll need some room darkening shades for all those windows opposite the TV if we're going to continue watching your videos.
We have a living room filled with windows and had to put room darkening drapes on the side opposite the tv to be able to see it! 😝
@@StarBitt97 me too, that's why I mentioned it. 😉
They look good. Thanks.
thanks for watching Barbara
Wow!! Thanks for sharing!!!
My pleasure, thanks for watching!
Great info, great video, Kerry ! 👍
thanks Dale!
It's working well?! That's putting it mildly. Seriously though it's a toss up between the Salish and the second one shown. Excellent find!!
thanks Jenn!
wow these are really nice! I love all the windows, thats excellent!
Glad you like them!
Loved the look of these
glad to hear!
To date this is my favorite find love LOVE LOVE IT KERRY
Glad to hear!
I was number one I win😎 Kerry you do a great job. I love watching your videos.
you win! thank for watching
Very nice options and reasonably priced. Thanks. Another great job!
thank you John! hope you're doing well
It is the width. These are over 12ft wide so that makes it a lot more comfortable.
I really like the first two models. The third has a cool interior, but dull looking exterior. Prices are slightly more than what I want to pay. Still going with Wolf Industries with a more affordable price and they also take care of the site prep & permits plus they are also in WA state.
I really like the first two. A little expensive for a tiny home, but nice layouts.
thanks for watching
@@KerryTarnow you bet. Even if it’s not something I’d be interested in, I still like seeing what’s out there.
Love them! Thanks for showing us!
thanks for watching Mary!
These are lovely homes. I could easily live in any of them.
Glad you like them 😃
I like the window styling
Same here
LOVE the Salish!
glad to hear it
People wondering about the large windows everywhere, in the PNW it's a MUST, it can be dark and grey 8 months out of the year, and when it's nice out, it's glorious....and short. I spent 38yrs in the greater Seattle area before moving to CA....don't judge, I needed some sun year round. I love the classic PNW exterior of the first one, with the elbow room and interior layout of the 3rd. Prices are reasonable for what looks like good build quality on a US-Built joint. Nice find on this one, Kerry!
Not true at all. Used to be dark and gray, not anymore. Most of the year is sunny and dry, and too damn hot for me. That's why we have significantly more wildfires, and record high temps. I wish people would stop repeating very outdated information.
@@nightskylights4501 Um, 200 days of 80% cloud cover per year in 2023, with 164 less than 70% cloud cover in Seattle. 71 days were 30% or less. Fires in the PNW are started via lightening. Where I live, the big fires are started from Electricity failures. Yes, the West Coast from Mex to Northern BC are a shit show for fires. In contrast I had 265 days of sun versus Seattle's 164.
Nice design, love the color combo! Thanks for bringing it to us Kerry! 👊
Glad you like it! Thanks for watching Jaro
They look great, *really* nice aesthetics. The flat roofs aren't great for any snow load, though, a little surprising to see that from a builder out of Washington.
Hello Kerry your utubes are excellent ❤ and blessings
Thanks Snoop1965
Great find Kerry but where have you been? It’s surprising you didn’t “discover” these guys like… yesterday. I know you’re a busy guy; I began researching true modular builders (vs the multi-wide type builder) about 5 years ago as a result of basic on-line search queries (almost exclusively) and happened across WCH a couple years ago from a link to a newspaper article re the Wildwood development. I essentially feel WCH sets a quality standard that few match and there are several that do. My only gripe is the Park Model form factor is much too limiting for a long term occupant; WCH has mitigated some of the issues but even for a single person it’s crowded space. I’m smitten by the feel and thoughtful aesthetic they bring, although their buildout seems spendy. Keep up the good work.😊
It was the addition of the modular that got my interest. There are tons of tiny home companies that I don’t know about
@8:15, that's the best looking model and would be perfect when scaled up for more footage.
Hahaha call Shannon was funny
Thanks.
thank you
We need an update of what's going on in the hotdog world.
Bun length seems to be the most popular. No bread is wasted this way. 😉😏
stand by!
Cute
At least they offer their homes to the east coast. I wonder how much it would cost to ship to Ga.?
Linden washington Wow
Hot dog! that was a good video. They are Park model reminds me of videos I’ve seen where the person who takes you through them is Mr. Tiny. Cheers!
I've seen some of his vids!
I've looked at these before, but they didn't have the modular. I thought the modular would be less expensive, but it looks like you're paying for a 3 bedroom, so I guess not. These are very nice homes, but basically have California/West Coast prices. Still, they are very nice. I love all the windows.
First one for me thanks 😊
😂😂😂 « The Hotdog World? »
I have to ask. are these Pre fab/Modular homes the same as "Tiny houses"?
thanks Kerry, always enjoy you videos as I plan my retirement home.
Wow, very pretty, but also kinda pricey, along with everything else in the world these days....
Of course it’s pricey, all these companies have jacked up their prices to be insane, I don’t understand how they’re still in business or who is buying it, why on earth would anyone pay this amount when you could just get a normal home
@@moontreecollective6718 exactly! Prices for module and tiny homes are ridiculously high. Why the heck would you spend that much money on much smaller homes, when you can have regular larger homes for the same price. The whole point of these kinds of homes were suppose to be their affordability. What a joke!
The Kulshan is right up my alley. I'd want some mods for me personally, but in terms of simplicity, space, and (mostly) price, it's killin' it for me. And it could use some glamming up on the exterior. They're only about 90 minutes from where I live!
I've toured their factory and I'm a big fan of the Salish. Also, Ray Faber is a good dude!
Nice!
Hey Terry. Could you keep us apprised of when the next home show convention is in Vegas or other place? Thx so much.
The international builders show is in Vegas in February. I think its around the 25th
@@KerryTarnow any others coming up this year?
Wow-that Salish looks like it was constructed from bits out of the scrap bin. This company could really use a good designer
Would be cool if you would showcase homes that are available in the Midwest , specifically northern Illinois .
I have done a few in that area recently
What about homes with bang 🔫for the buck 🦌 ? 😂Thanks a bunch 🫡
thanks for watching
🌭🌭🌭🌭🌭🌭🌭🌭🌭with fries🍟🍟🍟🍟🍟🍟
haha! great combo
What’s the PRICE for something like this home???
The giant W in the Salish's kitchen is for Windex, I suspect this company invests in S.C. Johnson. The Glacier Park model may sleep up to eight, if you add Stinky to Sleepy, Doc, Grumpy, Bashful, Sneezy, Happy & Dopey.
S.C. Johnson - a family company
Anything like this in SoCal?
The first featured actually look like a HOUSE , except for the skirting.
Have you found any modular homes that are under $80,000?
not lately
T.
.hanks!
Thank you 🙌🏼🙌🏼
Affordable land is raw no utilities, so it is imperative that these homes be netzero ready!!!! Please focus on the real solution to our housing crisis, off grid zero energy!!! Thank you for your consideration.
Must be nice,mahalo
How expensive. Many of us can’t afford 180-300k for a tiny house because we can buy a little Rv and lot or a mobile home in a resident owned park for under 1500 a month for everything. Many people can only afford 1000 a month total.
thats great feedback, thank you
So mobile homes are now called prefabs?
Walk throughs would have been nice.
hopefully soon
Prices are for the TRUST FUND KIDS - beautiful homes - to add to their collection of homes. Tiny homes original intent was to find alternative house for low income folks - to get them off the streets into shelter. If you were to park these Tiny's in an RV park you would have ZERO privacy - more like a fish bowl so you could show off all your fancy stuff.
Thank you for the feedback!
Too many huge windows, I would like more wall space for art and shelving... plus I don't like people looking in on me.
Imagine paying $230,000 for 400 sq ft 😂
You barely show the inside I'm like when is the inside going to be shown and then it was like for one second
Thank you for the feedback
This video brought to you by new Downy poop scented dryer sheets.
Nah...these look like mobile homes.
NICE TIMING 9 MIN ... JUST GOT OUT OF UTUBE JAIL ... THIS LOOKS INTERESTING! NICE!
hahaha! again??
