    Labour intensive but it looks so tasty, Probably would take me half a day to cook that!
    What do you do with those dried anchovies that you make the stock.
    Just throw them away?

    Hi..i wanna ask question..only ths stock of dilis and prawn gonna used? how about you set aside the prawn shell and use the dilis its not bilis used it for toppings thats my idea..

    Nonya Mee Siam not supposed to have coconut milk - only Malay and Indian Mee Siam have coconut milk
