    If you press your left leg down and close your hips off more in your air position at 3:00-3:01 you'll get tighter & faster rotation :) I also have similar issues with my air position, it's hard.

    Can you do a video with spin exercises? Like the edea ice skating spinner. It’s so hard to learn as a beginner so tips would be really appreciated!

      I am not the biggest believer of spinners, so I don't see myself making a video on that. Though I think spinners can help you have better overall balance. The only way to make your spins improve is to do them on the ice. It's a completely different feeling when it comes to spins and using a spinner. Sorry for being Debbie downer!

    Hi! I mastered by single toe loop and now im trying to attempt a double… i know i would def fall on ice if I recklessly try. Should i do on ground spin practices first? Do you have any suggestions on how I should start practicing?

      You need to make sure to have all the other jumps .not just do a double at low level

      Get your loop, flip, lutz and axel down first

      @@gummusamongus5061 its ok to start with doubles before getting a good axel. Axel jumpoff is a bit tricky and double salchow and toeloop really are easier

    Hi Sofie, I am having trouble landing a clean double toe. For one, my organization is not the best, and two, I just throw myself into the air without any thinking. My coaches do agree that I make things more complicated than it really is lol, but I don’t exactly know how I can fix the insecurities in my jump. Any advice?

    I know my feet are gonna hurt like crazy when I start again, only 2 years as a skater here! Any tips for making it easier?

      Practice off ice exercise to strengthen your feet and ankles, and maybe get ankle weights when you’re doing them

      Wear your skates at home and walk around in the them so your feet are still used to the skates.

      Wear padding and start off slow, maybe even try it off the ice.
