I started skating back in October of 2016, and from the moment I started jumping, the salchow eluded me. Today, thanks to this video, I was finally able to do one with the proper form and without a cheated landing. Thank you, so much. Your videos are clear and easy to understand and I'm very glad I found them!

I'm currently doing so bad on trying to do a loop loop. its always the second loop, my coach makes me do 5 in a row to strength up my edges

Recently, on top of figure skating I've started ice dancing 1 a week, which has improved my edges, my shoulders, and much more! I'm currently working on getting my double sow more consistent, and ice dancing has really helped!

I love your videos!! My daughter ice skates and I've noticed that her jumps/spins are unstable. Since I don't skate I could never explain, tell, or point out what she can try to make it more smooth/graceful. I'll have to binge watch your videos with her.

Thanks so much for this video! I feel like really drilling myself again on these basics, so easy to become complacent and lose the right technique :O xx

Ur video is the best I found BeCauee u take it from different angle and u added the slow motion that really helps to visualize the motion. I am not sure if u have some off the ice exercise or practice. Since I had JUST found ur video. If u dont plz make some I am sure people like to see what goes behind the skating.or what helps the action on the ice.
Super love ur video if I haven't said enough .U have great body too hahahha super healthy !!!

May I ask u to make a video on how you get started before the jumps. U mentioned about the edge jump [Salchow & loop] ..could u demonstrate slowly with explaination how to do it please .
You start turning and lifting ur leg. And I don't know how to do that .. or what do pay attention to. 0:39 how do u start going backward and lifting one foot out . Thanks .
Wow I saw u have other videos.that looks really interesting can't wait to see them all!! Thanks girl

Can you make one for double sal and double toe?

  • @elliot9310

Idk if you’ll answer but I recently got into skating I’m not trying to do it professionally it’s just for fun and exercise so I don’t want one too expensive. I’m tired of renting skates bc they’re always different and beaten up. I want to buy my own but I’m not sure If there are differences in the blades or brands so I was wondering if you can do a video on how to get the right ice skates for beginners who have no knowledge on it?

Hi! You have such good tutorials! I used to ice-skate when I was younger and now I really want to start jumping and spinning again etc... The thing is I do this on the other foot than you so it can be quite difficult to follow your videos... Would really appreciate if you could mirror some of your videos for us skating on the other foot! :)
