Bro you were this🤏 close to revealing your multiplier unit
This is a body that actually looks achievable and is a realistic goal to fight for. Thanks!
you can achieve way more lol
@@anothergymkid9242 not really if u dont take tren
@@reinaert.c6253 are you dumb or smth, hes not big at all. just good shape and "ok" muscle mass
@@reinaert.c6253 youll never look like him cause he has good shape and muscle bellies so he looks bigger than he is. you can get way more naturally
@@anothergymkid9242 You mean he can still get bigger naturally?
That thumbnail is wild bro lmao
yeah fr no need for the cake
im in my late 30's and your training is working very well for me especially since i can do it at home and doesnt interfere with my 24 hour rotating roster at work
Your consistency and determination paid off brah 💯
This addressed my more ego centric interests, thank you my guy. It's just the truth, I'm always worried if I would ever get those looks or interest if I succeeded, so that's good to hear
I'm checking all your videos, it's insane how you got a lot of newbie gains in your first two months you definitely have great genetics
yeah bro. im almost six months into weight lifting. and i have the same arms he had in that picture. thats kinda shocking
I love the positive energy in this video. It just made me happy. 🔥🙏
keep it up! your videos are awesome and the best part is that you are honest and share the most important tips. I am 1 year into my calisthetics and still going strong 6 times a week. thank you for the motivational videos!
Goddamn this transformation in such a less amount of time is absolutely crazy!
Hi, I'm a MoCap performer and I gotta say you have some really useful and well rounded exercises on your channel. They are straightforward, not too complex and doable. Being in shape for an audition is a chore for me - I hate it - but those quick workouts at home are pretty cool. Especially since motion capture sessions are getting more and more demanding. PS. You almost saw me in the new Resident Evil 4 game as Leon :)
You were not ugly. You were already beautiful, now you are even more beautiful.... "First do no harm, not to others, not to yourself..."
I love how your body mad you less ugly. Level up for real!
You had a crazy transformation bro. The hard work paid off for sure!
dude your the most helpful fitness youtuber out there, thank you.
My man getting all the sexiest ladies in the whole wide world , another great motivation video thanks
Eid mubarak from the south asian side love from 🇧🇩
Lets get it! I've been adding dips and pullups before i start my workout split in the gym. And eventually will end my membership and invest to some pull up bars and dips.
Try to do dips and pull ups BEFORE and AFTER your gym split. Doing it before helps as warm up, doing it after helps to kill off your body completely.
@@Caliversity okay i will try next time i visit the gym again. Pull ups is really my weakness. I can only do 3-5 reps per set and i can't even touch my upper chest to the bar.
You will be such a motivation for me, when I start calisthenics in the summer ❤
Came for the thumbnail, stayed for the content 😏
big respect bro, im at the beginning and i really hope i can get to your level! ill be doing pushups and pull-ups mainly
Update?? How's it going bro
broooo amazing
you look amazing man!! truly inspirational!!
Congrats to you Bro!
Hey man I just recently came across your channel and had provided so much information for me. I used to live in Singapore and seeing some of your videos brings me back. Thanks again
Thanks for this was everything i was looking for in a video showing you progress each week! Im lifting weights now 6 day a week for about 4/5 months but my chest isnt realy growing that much.. you have an amazing chest !
Appreciate your vids and honesty
Now this made me confused since I've also read that repping too high isn't advisable
Build up your reps slowly. Don't force 100 reps if you can't physically do it. When I started, I struggled doing just 50 reps. And remember to give yourself rest days. Other people just wish to protect you incase you overtrain and end up with injuries. While I recommend a high volume, I don't recommend rushing it. Take. Your. Time. Good luck brother
Dude.... Incredible... Your thumbnail body....
Amazing physique be proud

This man puts out the sauciest thumbnails I swear 🥵
Thank you for yet another great video💜

You give me hope.
And another great video thank you bro 👏
I'm a football player I did calithenics 1 year straight and next month I'll join the gym
I learn a lot from your videos! Summer is starting and Im iplementing calistenics more and more into my routine thanks to you!
Each day? How did you not fuck up your joints. Wow, that's some crazy genes
I didnt do full rom with my reps
@@Caliversity And would you recommend that to beginners?
@@diffe i recommend starting slow. Like 20 or 30 reps each session with full rom, then increasing slowly
ur awesome broo
Real question is where do we even find you in public? 😂 You've definitely gained a subscriber in me. Keep lifting dude!
He made a valid point when he said he was ugly now think about this. If he said that about his self all these videos we see these guys changing their bodies with exercise and all that. My question which has been for a while which is are they doing it to be excepted by people and the attention or are they doing it to remain as healthy as they can.
To me what l am seeing are guys exercise now to attract girls, to attract guys, because they feel unexpected, they think they are ugly, some have no confidence, some struggle with being social and all that. This is a form of a case somewhat of mental disturbance. You doing all that to feel excepted isn't worth it in most cases. You can just hear a lot of them just talk and can hear they have some what a personal issue with something. A lot of them post their videos for the world to see it boost their ego and their drive.
Not to take away the results it gives them looking very nice, but what's good in having a nice body and an unbalanced mind 😮.
Every one as myself isn't fascinated with an attractive body because their mind set is limited all they know is wanting to work out and wanting attention from people. That get bored and it makes you unattractive in the long run is why you see a lot of people like this in countless relationships or random partners sexually because they will never be totally satisfied because they feel it's better and when the problem is them.
Like l said he is very attractive but just his way of talking for example isn't as pleasing to my ear which says looking physically attractive isn't what everyone is into in my opinion.
Keep it up g love your content
After watching a couple of your videos, I subbed. I want to start my transformation, and I want this channel to motivate me to finally stay consistent and reach my goals. Thank you bro.

Tq for the constant motivaiton bro
Hey dude first of all I love your content ! You're opening doors for new learners but I gotta ask how you maintained an aesthetic Chest when spamming dips would appreciate a video about it thanks man
I shall talk about it in a video!
thanks for the tips
Can you make a videoon how to grow muscle with planche or lever ? Nice vid my brother
Coming soon!
Almost saw the shaft in the thumbnail 😭💔💔I have to see it
How did you grow your biceps with pushups? Were you only doing pushups and ab training?
Pull ups for bicep
Can you do video how to go from tuck planch to advance tuck planch?
Thanks for your videos man. Got a question. Is total reps more important than the number of reps and sets when it comes to your pull-up and dip routine? For example I could do 10x10 and that would give me 100 pullups. Or I could do 15, 12, 10, 8, 5, 5, 8, 10, 12. This would still give me 100 total pullups. Assuming I rested the same between each set, would the gains still be the same since it's still 100 reps for both workout routines?
The numbers per set determine your endurance, the numbers in total determine your muscle growth.
Two athletes that did 100 pull ups will have the same growth but the athlete who did it in 30 minutes will build better endurance than the one who did it in 60 minutes
@@Caliversity So you don't think failure plays a part in muscle growth just the total volume of work you're doing?
Have you tried the different approaches?
Hmmm, I'm not fully convinced hypertrophy is just determined by total number of reps.
Everything I've heard says that intensity/being close to failure is one of the most important parts for muscle growth.
Let's take another example.
Imagine an athlete does 5 pullups every hour for ten hours. He's gonna have 50 reps by the end of the day (and probably never got close to failure).
And now imagine that same athlete did 3 sets of 12 pullups with only 3 minutes rest between (36 total reps). And let's imagine that by the third set he was very close to failure.
I still think the second rep scheme will create better gains because he's getting closer to failure (even with fewer reps)
Curious to hear your thoughts on that.
@@7966914 It would be awesome if failure didn't matter all that much but I'm also guessing that's not the case
@@kjellman96 Failure definitely does.
The thumb 💀
amazing video.thanks
I wished to have body like him
Dream body. Imma run later
hey man thanks for the consistency of posting; your advice and channel is underrated. Also I have a question, how many days a week do you suggest training dips and pullups?
Minimum 3 days
Front lever tutor pls
I watched your other videos and I would like to start implementing your routines but I don't know how to divide them weekly, for example I don't know how to combine the front lever exercises that you recommend for the back with the routines of many repetitions of pull-ups and dips, the same with your routine for shoulders. I would like you to make a video explaining something like this
I shall😊

Dude almost showed his manhood in that thumbnail
Brooo only calisthenics, imo ur more aesthetic than alex eubanks and davidlaid, u dont edit ur physique and lightning either
❤️❤️❤️
I'm so confused, everyone says that you need to let your muscles rest for 1-2 or more days and that you should only do 8-12 reps, and you were doing 200 push-ups every single day. How did you build that many muscles if you didn't let your muscles recover? Looking good and building muscle is so confusing and difficult!!! :(
Well, I almost got injured so I don't recommend doing that. 1 to 2 days of rest each week is absolutely necessary for true growth
The Kanji means Shinobu or "Heart under a blade".
What’s your training plan?
Push pull rest push pull rest rest
Do you think I should add weights instead of high reps since it requires less endurance and feels easier too? Also many people say 8-12 rep range is best for hypertrophy.
I recommend high volume reps because of their simplicity and minimalism. 8 to 12 reps IS indeed the best range for hypertrophy. You can always add weights to boost your training!
Definitely add weights you will get bigger with less time working out.
@@a-terrible-fate532 but for people with no weights, this works too
what did you do for delts, seems like you didnt do any shoulder workout in your calisthenics/bodyweight training, did the once/twice a week specifically for legs and shoulders?
I mainly worked on exercises like the planche lean and the piked push ups for shoulders
Oh, i try to do abs now everyday i may achieve 6 pack abs too 😭🙏
fuck that's so realistic
Did you do anything for side delts? Or just standard pushing exercises like dips, push ups, etc… ?
Will get to that
You caught me with that thumbnail pls post it on ur IG man
Oh my gosh i was waiting for a vid like this ive got a question im a beginner do you think i should do alot of lower chest work or more upper chest work
Focus on strengthening lower chest with dips
you forgot your legs bro :(
You were not ugly then.. you are not ugly now
bros genetics carried
I PUT THE NEW FORGIS ON THE JEEP ~
im kinda skeptical abt the high volume training. what research proves that it doesnt work endurance but grows muscles?
This is a bit off topic, I'm just curious and don't mean anything negative. When you say a word like 'did' you can say 'd' at the start but not at the end. I'm curious about language and wondered why. Thank you.
W tranformation but Ayo thumbnail lol
You’re already way far ahead on week 2. Is that the on and off progress?
If it is front lever you are talking about, nope. I took the pictures based on their positions in my phone gallery. There was a point where I invested every single day of 2 months into just training for front lever and maybe some dips right after. It got me massive gains but I could have gotten injured and it definitely could have been more optimal than 2 months
@@Caliversity good shit. 100 push-ups day and night . That’s double what I’ve been doing . Glad the pandemic put you on the right path, easily could’ve just gone sideways for others . :)
i can barely do 10 pushups 😭
Keep doing them
Hey, i find your videos helpful and enjoy them. Do you have any videos oF routines of your workout routines and what you did for push pull legs? You do alot of reps so what would your chest day look like? I really need a programme i can follow and do everyday. I love doing high reps also.
Even at your lowest, your not ugly. At least you were skinny.
Bro found out the secret prison workout?, basically isolated training multiple reps with protein in prison food which makes sense (especially with bodyweight training only)
Volume vs Intensity guys, what do you think?
Volume for muscle, intensity for strength
i gained 15 kg of muscle in the past few days
Good job
@@Caliversity Thank you!, keep on building yourself until your dream physique!
so you mean to bulking fast beside having SURPLUS CALORIES and PROTEIN i need ONLY doing HIGH REPS PUSH UP, SIT UP and PULL UP with all their variations each days?, GOT IT
Mate, how are you only at 34k subs??
Great video and channel, I love calisthenics and ring training myself. I haven't tried emom though but now I'm curious to try it out. How do you schedule your training? Like Monday Pushups and Dips, Tuesday Pullups/Rows, Wednesday Legs?
Monday push,
Tuesday pull,
Wednesday rest,
Thursday push,
Friday pull,
Weekends rest
@@Caliversity don't forget stair day
You just gained some muscle. You is still you.
When you say you are doing 700 reps per training. It's per exercise or for all of it ?
All of it
thoughts on down sets routines (e.g. 20 down dips are doing 20 dips in a set, then 19, 18, 17...)?
Thats basically a high rep drop set. I don't suggest doing one number differences unless you are training for an endurance competition. The drop set routine in one of my previous videos has the optimal rep range(15-12-10-8-5)
good work king, but time for legs to boost you in the gains
can you make a video on how to train for the front lever
editor note: sick tranformation btw
im 31, idk if i cant still get a pretty body
Woahh 🔥
