    Most people do calisthenics but dont eat enough and stay skinny. If you think you eat enough but dont gain weight drink 1-2 liter of Milk on top of that. That will do the job.

    I just binged all your videos, man. You're a good dude and a gem on this site. It can be difficult to find calisthenics stuff on YT that isn't massively overproduced or just a "you can do ANYTHING" motivational video. I appreciate how real you are about everything.
    That pyramid ladder technique, interestingly enough, is what Mike Tyson used to get his legs huge in prison. He would take a deck of cards, squat down, place a card, squat up, down, place card, up, etc. Then when the whole deck was on the ground, he would squat to pick each individual card back up. So the system definitely works lol.
    I really look forward to seeing what you come out with in the future, you come across as much more personal and real than many other youtubers. Have you thought about starting a Discord? It could be cool to have everyone tracking their journeys together, trading tips, recipes, progress pictures, etc. Just an idea since you seem to be building this incredible community (judging by the comments).
    Can't wait for the next video.

    hey I writed on another video time ago, that video about EMOM method, from there I started going gym 2 times a day, the first time, in the morning, I do the Emom part, and the second one I do weight lifting training, so my split see like this: first day-morning EMOM with 50 pullups in 10 mins, 5mins rest, 70dips in 10min, 5min rest, 100 pushups in 10min and 2min rest, then 60 second of hanging. in the day I do chest triceps and shoulders. Second day I do the same EMOM without push (so I can rest the "push" training, cuz the day before I had push wheighet training) so I do only pullups and hanging, on the day I do back and biceps. the third day I do EMOM without the pulling, so Dips, Pushups and hanging, and in the day I do legs, then the firth and fifth day I do the same that I had in the first and second day, then the last 2 days I rest. Maybe someone can think that I overload my body, but actually I find myself very comfortable at doing this, but Idk if I'm actually doing too much, or if this split can be ok, can someone help me about this?... Ty

  • @torahz3604
    @torahz3604 Рік тому +2

    I liked the drop set. I do upper body lower, so I work on both pulls and push in one day, lower another, then rest
    I can't do pull ups yet, but I do inverted rows instead. still experimenting. I start 15,12,10,8,5
    I do the same with dips.
    I can't do 15 dips in a row so when I feel like I can't to anymore I switch to banded dips or pushups and make sure I get to 15 and same with rest of the sets.
    For now, I am only doing 1 set of subsets for both push and pulls then implementing variations on the side.
    I like the idea of doing many variations of rows I feel like that will get me to the pull up.
    For now, I'll get on it and might try other programs or variations.
    Not sure if this is working but we trying it. The lower rest times also seems interesting.
    Thank you for content bro awesome to see and experiment with. HOPE YOU HAVE A GREAT DAY
    💪😹👍🏋🏋🏋🏋🏋

    • @Caliversity
      @Caliversity  Рік тому

      Oh that is a smart way to train.
      Instead of doing it with a band, if you cant do 15 at one go, take a quick 10 second breather, then do it again
      Its okay if you're not doing it clean
      Once u finish 15ish dips, take a good 3 min rest and then move down.
      This might help you more!

    I’ve been doing pull ups, dips and handstand push ups for about 2,5-3 years now, i’m very torso dominant so my arms and shoulders were lagging behind quite a bit. The last year i’ve been going to the gym to, with about 1-2 out of every 10 sessions will be in the gym and the other will be at home. I got some dumbells, 5-20 kg to do some extra arm and shoulder stuff, i also use them for weighted pull ups and dips.
    The gains have been crazy, with just pull ups and dips and me being torso dominant my chest and back are better and way bigger than all my ‘bodybuilding training only’ friends.
