Martin, so happy to find you here on UA-cam! When I lived in Boston in the late 80's, my friend Robert Elliott from Limerick told me about you and insisted we go hear you (at the Purple Shamrock?). What a night of incredible music. I moved back to Nova Scotia but actually contacted you and received two of your cassette tapes in the mail from you. I wore them out. What talent, what a nice guy. Hope life is treating you well.
I’m here after seeing Marty’s show in Red Bank, NJ last night. Been a fan since about 2003 when I heard John Mayer cite him as an influence. Seen him several times and absolutely blows me away every time. The soul, power, dynamics from his voice, following with the virtuoso guitar playing is jaw dropping. I’ll be a fan for life.
God Bless you Martin Sexton... truly a blessed blessing on this plant. Adore your masterful music ...just profoundly grateful for and inspired by YOU❤ muchos Gracias
God bless you Martin. I’m terribly sorry to hear about your mother, what an amazing thing you and your family did for her by all being around during the moment of her passing. That moment will reverberate with her wherever she decided to go after her time on Earth, she certainly has an over abundance of things to look down upon with pride and joy. Thank you for sharing
I attended my first Martin Sexton concert almost 20 years ago. I see him any chance I get, and take all my favorite people. Thank you for some of my best memories.
Great show as always. Seen him three times in past years and this year at the Woodlands show. I'm always amazed by his raw talent and musicianship. Please keep coming back to Texas. We love you!
one of my UA-cam buddies said that I remind them of Martin Sexton, but I had never even heard of Martin. I came to this video to see what they meant...and glad I did! I would love to jam or write a tune with you one day, Martin!! Hit me up if you can see this! Love you, dude. 🐰❤️🙏🎸🎶🤝✌️
When a live performance sounds like the CD/Album, The mask of the untalented lays there. Martin never sings the same song 2x, always a little difference, and usually him and his Godin with no net are the tools of the show.

Amazing venue, I’m sure Martin will be back. He seemed to really enjoy the sound in the big barn.
Probably the strongest Singer / Git / Songwriter these days, wow!

It was the only song I could remember the lyrics, back in the day, on the spot. Wishing the train would never come.
Thank you.
just awesome !
Wow he’s amazing.
Dude is legit
Wow!
Closest thing to folk around reminiscent of Danny Cox.
Mr. Sexton is a Force of Nature...
Love the music. Hate the camera work.
Is it just me or he sounds like John Mayer
No Jon Mayer sounds like him
God damn Martin Sexton smh
Monster talent but often reinterpreting his best songs leaves the audience in limbo slightly.
That is what makes him such an amazing musician.
