Why would you call out all the religions around you to help support your views if you don’t believe them in the 1st place ? Sounds like working backwards to me.
As a Christian, "Because the Bible tells me so" is a weak argument. Host could have brought better arguments
I agree and he might’ve after the video was cut, but he could’ve gone in and talked about the evidence that points to the Bible being reliable like archaeological evidence, linguistic evidence eyewitness testimony how we have over 5700 manuscripts that all align in verify the current Bible so we don’t have this week argument of translation game, which makes no sense anyway the Bible was written in Greek and Hebrew and Greek and Hebrew today.
It's not weak at all. It just begs the question why the Bible is true. If the Bible is true then suddenly "because the Bible says so" isn't such a weak argument. Don't make secular arguments as a Christian.
