    Love this Mike, no more pain in my body and so much more energy, lost a kilo in a week. Respect! Just Yoga even hurts with my hyperflexibilty but the mix of all is great. Super complete. Namaste

    Love this new style/format compared to your last one. Keep these coming. This is my new go to daily practice.
    The lack of music and low quality audio made your older videos a little tough to get through. Glad you switched to voiceovers. Much better audio quality.

    The singing during the meditation was a beautiful addition. The images, which maybe I wasn't supposed to watch, were also quite stunning (the ones I peaked at occasionally, ha ha).

    Love this! The prompts are great, helpful modification options, and voiceover explaining each step. The countdown clock is helpful to stay on track. I also appreciate the intro explaining why we do this. Thanks for sharing!

    I really enjoyed this video with the modifications so I knew what to do if I couldn’t do the full movement or stretch. When it got to the meditation I could believe my ears the voice & sound was so beautiful.

    If my goal wasn't to participate on the next flow60 training I wouldn't do the pigeons, so this keeps me going ;-) Thank you for the modifications - love the way it's put together and how you instruct. So relaxing with the angel-like voice for the meditation. Thank you!

      Wake up and drink good quantity of water, you can drink luke warm water also

      Lay down and hug your knees to your stomach and similar yoga movements, it massages your abdomen and helps me pass. Also, putting something under your feet while passing so your knees are elevated help a lot

    I can do the back bend but my rotator cuffs are bad. Are there particular movements to help ne with them?

    I am doing this for 3 days now, but i am still completely unsure what i should do on the side bend, since im not flexible enough to do those practices.
    What should i do instead? Since at the moment i am sitting there watching the side bench.
    But otherwhise great flow training :)
