The singing during the meditation was a beautiful addition. The images, which maybe I wasn't supposed to watch, were also quite stunning (the ones I peaked at occasionally, ha ha).

Wake up and drink good quantity of water, you can drink luke warm water also
Lay down and hug your knees to your stomach and similar yoga movements, it massages your abdomen and helps me pass. Also, putting something under your feet while passing so your knees are elevated help a lot

I can do the back bend but my rotator cuffs are bad. Are there particular movements to help ne with them?

I am doing this for 3 days now, but i am still completely unsure what i should do on the side bend, since im not flexible enough to do those practices.
What should i do instead? Since at the moment i am sitting there watching the side bench.
