His sister in law and her father’s profile are coming up as friend suggestions which makes no sense since I never met them, the father lives in another country! You are under control so he doesn’t need to contact you for several months now. FB is social media. Block him on everything and make all your accounts private… and better yet, deactivate all your social media accounts for a year.
I think that creates unnecessary anxiety. You can communicate and just express uninterested attention that will hit just as hard. Disappearing is just running.

Very good advice. I have been steadfast in not contacting my ex but I'm still guilty of social media stalking. I don't even want her back so I don't know why I do it.
