Balance exercises are MOST IMPORTANT for any mature aged person. They should be done - in my opinion - on a daily basis as a priority 365 days a year. Older people are afraid of dying of cancer, and most often die after falling over and breaking a hip, for example. Those who don't remember to practice balance do themselves harm and are simply stupid. Thank you for the great exercises. 💛

Left leg is a little better. I appreciate the graduated difficulty in that it gives a glimpse of how I can improve my balance over time.
