Silent Hill 3 - Claudia and Vincent HD (1080p 60fps)

- While hiding out at the church awaiting for the apocalypse, Claudia finds herself arguing with Vincent, the heretic about the nature of their god. He criticizes her fanatical obsession and tries to convince her that the abomination growing inside Heather's womb is not god, but blinded by her own hubris and false sense of self-righteousness, Claudia scorns him and threatens to kill him. Suddenly, Heather steps into the room. This is also a scene from a carefully edited Silent Hill 3 game movie that I put together: • Silent Hill 3 HD Movie...
I find it interesting that:
1. Despite knowing he could be killed by Claudia or basically anything in the otherworld
2. Plotted to kill heather but ended up using Heather to kill Claudia.
3. Didn’t want God to be born and was fully aware how Silent hill worked.
He STILL TRIED to reason with Claudia every step of the way. From pointing out the abuse from her father making her emotionally broken, to pointing the hypocrisy of God’s world being forced being evil and overall just Claudia’s Nightmare made manifest. He knew why Claudia was the way she was and tried a saving her before god could be born. I feel this isn’t acknowledged as much as he resorted her to be killed to stop the madness at the end. He cared despite his equally twisted nature to save humanity and save the lost soul of claudia.
When a protestant runs into a catholic.
What's the track is playing when Vicent gets stabbed in a back and Heather says that this is the end?
@@alexbaker1042 innocent moon, by Akira Yamaoka
Not really. Vincent is like Kauffman. All he truly cares about is to keep the material world in tact so that he doesn't lose his power. You can see that in some of his dialogues with Heather, in which he seems to try and make her feel guilty to the point that she commits suicide.
Vincent may have been crazy but he sure as hell didn't deserve to die.
I don't think he was crazy at all. In fact, I think he was the most self-aware character in the game and had the clearest understanding of everything that was happening.
Even Heather makes a similar sentiment when examining his corpse. Vincent's an interesting character, as in the real world he would be an awful and monstrous person, but when put up against someone like Claudia, he still has his foot in reality and can even be a "voice of reason" of a sort.
Maybe, but he was originally plotting to kill Heather as evident from the photo of Heather outside the first room we meet Vincent, and he outright states it before Heather enters the room with the both of them.
3:13 I think about that quote a lot
She believes on the False God or Maybe Demon
Hm I’m not too sure about that.
I’m trying to look at it from both sides.
No, she does believe in God. Problem is, God is meant to be reborn among humans first. And since Claudia believes pain and sadness are the only way to generate empathy among people (can't say I don't see her point), without realizing it, she's corrupting God, since all the entity knows is going to know is violence and pain.
@@JabamiLain The Order is just a Satanic cult. Christianity exists in their universe; Harry comes across a Holy Bible in SH1. What Claudia needed was Jesus. Lol
As Vincent said, 'whichever you like'
but if you find God really exists you may become crazy like her

Best horror game ever... #fuckkonami
hell yeah comrade
Somehow it needs subs but this is excellent, thanks for the up
Moment at 2:50 was ruined in hd version with new voices.
At first, the acting sucks in that version. When she stabs Vincent from the back she didn't emphasise on word hell, nor did the track "innocent moon" start to play wheb Heather says " i guess this is the end"((
0:18 what's the name of the soundtrack?

@Casey McCullen The Templar Knight of Justice imagine a religious debate between Claudia and Lord Saddler lol
@@RNvideosedits I mean Saddler just uses religion as a curtain for his actual intentions. The man is more interested in using the Los Plagas for power and money. Claudia is all about her beliefs because she went through such a rough childhood that also saw Alessa go through so much pain. So she chooses to lash out at the world and believes the vast majority of people are not without sin.
@@LuigiaTV this actually make sense, but I do think that Saddler believes that Las Plagas are a Mystical thing, and Los Illuminados were inspired by Islam Extremists Factions like Al-Qaeda. Claudia is more like a person that puts all your hope in a Religion and in a god she is in a despair state.
