- One hour into President Joe Biden's State of the Union Address, Steve Nikoui interrupted, yelling "Remember Abbey Gate, U.S. Marines, Kareem Nikoui" before being escorted out of the building.

The pain of losing his son due to the actions of that imbecile Biden. The military knew the hotel where the Taliban was making the car bomb and asked for permission to bomb it and Biden said no. Besides soldiers killed, many Afghan civilians left to die and the idiot supplied the Taliban military with millions of dollars worth of US military equipment.

@howicontent depends where in the world they are deployed. 82nd Airborne division would leave and arrive less than 72 hours anywhere in the world. Marines are in ships that may take some time in some places, but the Pacific islands, yes, they are first because the ships are always there.

Just like Trump dissed a Gold Star family at his one of his little gatherings. He called Veterans suckers and losers and wondered why they did it! What was in it for them? He refused to visit a U.S. Military graveyard in France because the rain might mess up his hair. He told John McCain he was a loser because he was captured and tortured. John McCain could have taken an early release but stayed till his last man was allowed to leave before him! Don't even go there! No Commander in Chief has ever in the history of this country dared to call Veterans or POWs Losers until Trump came along. No Commander in Chief would ever suggest we cozy up with Russia and least of all Putin. No member of Trump's family has ever served in the military. Even during the Vietnam draft, Trump watched everyone else his age being called while he and his Dad paid a doctor to write the Donald an phony excuse.

Biden has had the father of a marine who was killed in action arrested for heckling the President at the State of the Union address this year.
Steve Nikoui, 51, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of crowding, obstructing, or incommoding after repeatedly yelling "Abbey Gate" during the president's speech. Abbey Gate is the entrance to Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul, Afghanistan where a 2021 suicide bombing killed 170 civilians and 13 U.S. service members including Lance Corporal Kareem Nikoui. Both Mr. Nilotic and his wife both blame Biden and his utterly careless and rushed Afghanistan withdrawal for their sons death.
This man has sacrificed his son and now has been arrested for heckling this dolt of a president. Biden’s actions are utterly disgusting. He deserves the contempt of every service man, every member of their family, and every American who supports the US Military.

My understanding is the withdrawal from Afganistan was something that Trump had initiated. Sometimes a new administration takes over, cannot reverse such decisions and has deadlines sets to meet. It is huge logistics. The Taliban or ISIS took notice of some weakneses in the hurried processes and some soldiers lost their lives. Can anyone tell me that this is warranting someone to scream at SOTU Biden appearing to put blame squarely on the chief? I think everyone on here need a serious brain reset. The vietnam war exit was pretty close to be a bad disaster too.
The last three administrations have discussed the withdrawal. Biden fumbled. Even our generals place the blame on this incompetent administration. But there's always an armchair warrior that knows all.
