Thank you so much for this workout! I gave myself a multiple compound wrist fracture slipping on weed on a concrete jetty in Barbados! Had to fly back to UK to get surgery and have just had my plaster off. I am a sprinter and very keen to get back to the track so your workout is just what I need! 👍🏼
Just completed this workout. No wrist injury for me, but it was great achievable lower body workout, which did sneakily work the abs too! Really easy to follow and fab for all abilities. Cant wait for the next installment 💪

I broke the 2 main bones in my arm just below my wrist 3 weeks ago, as I'm normally very active and keep fit I was so upset I wouldn't be able to run., do yoga, paddle board.. and all the work I'd done on my body would soon fade! Luckily I found this video and have been doing it every other day mixed with a hands free yoga flow. Its been amazing! I dont feel so down and can feel my muscles responding well, and a fit body hopefully means quicker healing! Thank you so much Joanna you have kept me going through this difficult time!! x

Broke my radius 5 days ago. Awaiting surgery next week. I was going stir crazy not be able to do much outside due to ice. Thanks for getting the blood flowing and keeping the rest of my body in shape. My family thanks you as I was getting a little cranky. 🤪I'll be relying on this video for 4-6 weeks at least! ❤

10 days post distal fracture. Not a fit person like you but got through this routine (with a break midway). Sweatty Betty under the cast but good together moving. Will def keep it up

I got my first broken bone ever and I have gotten kind of an anxiety how to improve my body when doctor tells me no push-ups or other basic moves. This video is a great help for my lower body, I really love that even with a broken thumb I can still workout! Is there any upperbody exercises for a broken finger/wrist/hand? Would be really helpful as well. And thank you for this exercise!

Broke my wrist falling on ice. Started today with this lower body workout. Love the upper body with wrist fracture. I can't seen to have my knees touch the ground or sadly very low . Very stiff. I'm hoping overtime I will be more flexible. Hopefully this is ok modified for now.
Sorry to hear that you broke your wrist during a fall on the ice. Well done for getting back into exercise. I always recommend to listen to your body when exercising, if anything hurts then its not good for you, try to not go so deep and keep it at a pain free level. Over time you'll be amazed just how much more movement you will gain in your joints and strength in your muscles. Keep up the great work!
Hello, I had surgery for a 3 point break to upper humerus following a bad fall trail running just over 2 weeks ago. I have very limited movement in upper arm at the moment, but want to keep active. I’m only really just recovering from surgery, but have attempted half of this as a starter (I usually run half marathons !). Need to take it very easy initially just this is good start for me, many thanks.
Naomi Flood oh my goodness! Sounds like you have really been in the wars. Sending you healing vibes, it will certainly take a long time for you to be able to exercise as you were before but the great news is that you are able to maintain as much fitness as what you feel able to do. Each day things will get a little easier and starting with small steps is very sensible as to not cause more discomfort and issues. Well done for that! Soon you will be back on track, just take it steady and you will reap the rewards. Let’s get exercising together 🤗
I injured my wrist a week ago. I met with an accident I was driving the activa and the injury was pretty painful but I had a 6 days a week workout schedule bcz of the injury I couldn't continue after a week I felt very heavy snd I finally found u

well, I haven’t broken anything, it’s rather the opposite everything is a little too soft:). Anyway this training was perfect for me! Right now I need to do a little bit of sports! ;) And I only have a little bit of free time every day. I can practice at home in my small living room. Just now did this workout. I needed it. However, due to the configuration of my knees in reference to my lower leg, I find it extremely difficult to do any kind of lunges, SOOOOOOOOOOOO I merely did the regular squats. Thanks!
Hi Joanna, I am a hand injury therapist. I hope your wrist is fully functional now. I am having trouble finding simple, beginners and intermediate leg, back and shoulder workout for my patients who have hand and wrist injuries in the acute phase, so low risk for another fall, so no planks, no getting up and down from the ground etc. Most of them are 50 y.o.overweight tradies or 60 y.o women with poor balance (They also lack confidence since the fall). They don't want the "sit in a chair" exercise routine that looks like it is for 80 y.o.s, but they are not super fit. Could you film a few workouts for "50 y.o. tradies" that fits this bill? My patients and I would be very grateful!

Fractured my humerus 6 weeks ago and can't do my yoga. Found this wasn't sure I'd manage but I did good I'm 64 😊
