    In your video you mentioned that when you're injured, you just don't feel like doing anything. I've been experiencing really bad wrist pain due to a car accident. I've been out for 6 months now. Your video is very inspiring and gave me motivation. "Somethings happen in your life, the show must go on" you have literally infused a lot of positive energy in me.     I’ve been using this workout due to a hand injury for a few weeks, every other day. It’s been brilliant, I’d even go as far to say it’s been better than my normal workouts. I feel motivated to work on my core which is not the usual state for me and I have lost excess fat around my waist and hips. I will definitely incorporate this workout permanently into my routine. Thank you Caroline!

    I do your video almost every other day! I have a hurt thumb, hurt shoulder & a bad knee. I was able to do most of your video with just a few adjustments. The comment about “not being able to do everything, makes you not want to do anything” hit the nail on the head for me. Also about how exercise can improve your mood! You’ve helped me a great deal.     This is exactly what I was looking for. The mentality when I injured my shoulder was that any exercise was off limits. When I started your video, sweating seemed impossible until I kept up with you. Not only did I sweat like crazy, you gave me hope for continuing on my fitness and recovery journey!

    Thank you soo much for this routine. I broke my finger while cycling and had been in great shape getting ready for my eldest child’s wedding. I immediately felt depression try to creep in but thankfully your video stopped that! I will take it easy and exercise appropriately. Thank you.

    I have carpel tunnel in both hands and my thumb will swell up from time to time so its nice doing a workout with minimal hand movement the workout was a little short from what Im used too but it still really helped so.... repeat :)

    Thank you for making this video! I'm a yoga instructor with a broken wrist from a snowboarding accident. It's difficult to find workout videos that don't involve floor work using the wrists! I appreciate you thinking of us injured folks :)

    Thank you!! Do to work being so much more difficult this year and having an upper back injury a year and a half ago I haven't been working out at all. I've gained 20lb and have severe carpal tunnel. Any workouts have involved me being on a plank position and in pain. I just finished your workout and for once, in a very long time, I actually feel like I've done a decent workout. I'm excited to do more and actually start getting into shape again!!

    Dealing with bad tenosynovitis in my dominant hand and I'm currently not able to use it to write or type, and as a full time student that's left me feeling pretty useless. So thank you so much for this video, I felt great afterwards and accomplished. I'll definitely be keeping up with this a few times a week!

    I didn’t think I could sweat did much with no hands workout! I’ve been working out at home since the pandemic started and injured my wrist a week ago. I’ve been stressed out not being able to work out till I saw this! I can’t thank you enough for posting this❤️

    Thank you for this video! I had carpal tunnel surgery and have been trying to modify other workout videos, but I felt like I wasn't able to focus on the muscle groups they were because if the modifications. This is just perfect! No stressing of the surgery point AND pushed me!

    This is soooo good! I had 3 arm surgeries in 6 months, haven't been able to work out at all. Today I finally tried this, it was hard (not painful at all) but totally doable!!! (: I spent a LOT of time looking for a workout, thank you so much!

    I’ve been a runner for 20+ years but RA has my feet, hands and wrists in pain. This was a nice little workout that kept my flared parts pretty comfortable while still feeling like I was actually getting some exercise.

    Thank you thank you THANK YOU for this video! I'm in a cast that goes above my elbow for the next 4 weeks, and as an avid rock climber and yogi, I was so sad about losing all of my conditioning. This workout was challenging, quick, and exactly what I needed THANK YOU!!!

    I tore a tendon and have been sluggish. The last few months my right arm has had a torn tendon and my left shoulder , I had a pinched nerve for months . I’ve gained 20 pounds. Depression is also not good.. 😞 but I’m glad I found this video thank yiu!

    Thanky you so much. 20 minutes and I'm sweating. Injured my hands weightlifting and the tendonitis is bad. Was feeling discouraged and like I couldn't do anything. Just the workout and pep talk I needed to feel great again

    Thank you! my sister and I like to work out, but she has severe arthritis in her wrists and can't use them during our routines without it hurting. We are in our twenties and all the arthritis exercises we found were for the elderly. Yours was the first workout we found that we could both enjoy!

    This was a great workout! I recently (5 days ago) broke my right elbow and was really feeling frustrated that I couldn't do my normal workouts. This got me sweating and breathing heavy and I was still able to protect my injured arm. Thank you!

    I have a fractured elbow (radius) and this workout is great for me. So glad to find a way to keep my core and upper back work going without weight bearing on my hands or elbows!

    I am basically stuck with this kind of exercise because I have a benign cyst, feeding on my humerus. I already broke my humerus once. It was horrible. Bless you for making this video

    This really helped me! :) I recently started getting wrist pain due to gaming too much which caused repetitive strain injury in my right hand so it's nice to still be doing a workout that doesn't require me to put pressure on my hands :) .

    Thanks for a good workout. I have been dealing with ongoing issues from a broken wrist on the left arm and a broken elbow on the right arm...which was pinned and wired together in December of 2016...just had the hardware removed. I feel like for every step forward I am truly taking 2 steps back. Videos like this one give me hope!!

    I've got stitches in my elbow and this workout was great! I didn't do any of the arm movement on my injured arm but I did get nice and hot. Did it all twice so good workout :) THANK YOU

    My injury is ' minor'...De Quervains , but having a major impact. You're right...I can't do my normal weights exercise and I don't feel like doing any. I found your video was helpful, and the floor work quite challenging. Thank you for this.

    I sprained my wrist on April 26 after lifting a heavy object my right wrist did not feel right. Luckily no broken bones, but I am wearing a splint and can not wait until I am 100 percent recovered.
    This workout was actually a challenge, I am really sweating and feel great after doing this. Thank you !!!!

    Thank you for this! I will be having shoulder surgery in 4 days and trying to find things to do, even now, as I’ve been in pain for months and cannot lift even 3 lbs. Will poke around for an all butt 20 min workout so I can alternate (more squeezes, hip work, etc.). Love the motivation as well. Thank you!
