I break down how we have been running the ads and booking the appointments for our client so far in the local lead gen niche. I also tell you about the mistakes we made and how to avoid making those with your own clients.

Mention the importance of service delivery. Id say is you should call the leads as soon as they come in it will improve your results do not just rely on getting s responde to an sms or email.
I would recommend using high level for the booking part. Watch a few videos cause it is very complicated, but It is definitely worth it.
You can use it to make a landing page linked to the ad so that the customers arrive there and can book an appointment easily. Has many other features to like follow up emails and other stuff, but I would recommend checking it out.

Follow up is so key in getting a booked appointment. There is a program that you can setup that will do all the automation once the lead fills out the form on Facebook.

Great tip on Two Factor Authentication and tbh Facebook is terrible for advertisers they'll ban your account and won't even tell you why. This is why I'm only going to be using Google and UA-cam to advertise at least they'll tell you where you messed up if you try hard enough to get an explanation. Another reason why accounts can get banned is that the landing page your leads land on doesn't have a contact us, T&C or Privacy Policy page. So may potholes that they never warn you about

The thing is tha all these "gurus" of smma let ppl think running a business is easy and that you need literally no skills to do the job.
The reality is completely different. you can´t play with peoples money and expectations. If you don´t feel like closing those 10 appointments, I would recommend you instead to tell your following clients that you'll do it for free and then they pay per results. Even if they don´t pay you'll gain confidence and will be able to actually get really good results in the future.
One thing is acquiring clients and a completely different one to hold them.

Hey Juan, there is this SaaS product which does like follow ups - its called "GoHighLevel" take a look into it because its a much more personalised way than sending a couple follow up emails. you can make it automated where it can send a automatic voicenote after they sign up basically saying the offer. But because you actually hear your clients voice it seems more genuine. Take a look into it, seems pretty handy :)

Idk which niche you're working in or your outreach method but one tactic you can use in order to solve the service delivery problem is by only pre-qualifying businesses so that you only work with businesses who already have their own sales teams who can contact the leads. I learned this from Max Perzons Free SMMA/SNMA course full of great tips and resources for anyone who wants a bit more info on the business model

thank you! we actually use a software called go highlevel and for this specific client we had to create them a brand new gmail to manage their leads and emails. :)

When you are pitching to your client do you tell them you are getting paid before the service is delivered and after they got results or do they pay you once they signed the contract, isint this up to the agencies? and how long have you been in the works with your agency

Thats awesome bro! yes good question, so right now we are trying everything we can to hit the number of appointments we promised. We promised 10 booked appointments and we will see if we can do it, Im not sure to be honest! Ill post a video of how it goes in 2 weeks!

I’ve also had problems with restrictions and really don’t want my clients account to get banned.. did you log directly into their ad account or did you connect your business manager to theirs? Just want to find the best way to get access to their account without risking them being banned

Thanks! This client didn’t ask for previous case studies, I think it was because we offered a guarantee of money back if we don’t achieve good results. However in the past we have had potential clients who have asked me for case studies.

Hey I can do the follow ups for you and send you the appointments. I know this part can be hard for most. I'll set up a lead flow and you can sit back and have every new lead have an appointment set up asap.
Can you tell what the ad spend is? Just landed a client with $500 ad spend in the lead gen space for higher ticket home improvement sales. We want to at least get him 1 deal from his appointments we'll book him so he gets ROI but Im a bit nervous about the ad budget amount

I think all of us kind of go through this struggle at first, this comes with experience. So at first you have to go for it and try getting a client and learn from there and get experience so that you can become more confident in your ability to be able to deliver results. In the beginning you can try doing your services for free to get some experience as well :)

hey good question, so the 10 hours was both job and agency, I would say on the agency it was around 4 to 5 hours not all 10!

There is still one thing I can't really find an answer to; if I were to hire a media buyer, would I still design the ads/creatives themselves and have the contractor run them, or would the contractor create and run the ads?

so with our client, the client covers the ads from their own facebook ad account, so we don't have to add that to our bill.

yeah its not easy, right now Im working a lot and the meetings Ive had were in the afternoons after work or on the weekends!
