Totally agree, my Supra will be doing UK Time Attack, all stock body and stock silhouette (not stock in any other respect though).
They seriously go at it 👏 love this type of races
EVO TME just destroyed the field. RX7, MK4 Supra, R33 Skyline, NSX….
I honestly expected the Supra to come in last since it's by far the heaviest, but it held its own pretty well. Also didn't expect the Evo to destroy everyone like that, thought the NSX-R will win easily since it's basically a supercar.

It wasn't an NSX-R. It's the base model 3.0 5 speed.
the NSX clearly let up at the end to let the EVO pass by. Take a look here; 13:12 the NSX followed a terrible line and braked much too early... zero attack on that corner. Left a huge gap for the EVO to slide by.

To be fair the rx7 lead all the way and driver made a mistake in leaving the lane open for the evo to pass him in the last lap
the supra looks good here, especially in white with the OEM body kit. CRISP
@@detroitdawg81 But even then, the evo is easily a second quicker per lap, which is alot for a small circuit like Tsukuba.

The MKIV Supra is so underestimated on circuit, effectively had the 2nd best lap time not a million miles off the more modified EVO T.M.E.

Mk4 sucks, it's too fat and only rwd. The only plus is engine, but it always can be swapped, so mk4 is pretty useless

The Evo TME was completely stock, the only stock car in the race. All the others were refreshed with minor aftermarket modifications.

That's not even remotely close to the same level of car. Hahaha. An STi RA would be the TME equivalent. The 22B was drastically different than the STi, different motor, different suspension, different brakes, damn near everything. The TME was an Evo with some interior and exterior pieces with the biggest difference being a titanium turbine. Not quite the same bud. 🤣
The TM is not the equivalent of a 22b. A Zero Fighter is.
Thought the GTR would win then TME, but GTR stuffed up the braking with NSX, GTR easily corners better. Being a short tight corner course it suits Rx7 Evo NSX, 4cyl’s better. Love these vids
