    Doc everything in moderation is good.
    My lolo was 90 and my lola was 85 yrs old when they passed away. Lumaki ako na kasama sila. Ang observation ko sa life style nila ay more on gulay steamed. Bihira kaming kumain ng nilagang karne at isda. Hindi rin kami masyado sa matamis dahil mahal ang asukal. Puro kape sa umaga at minsan lang may tinapay. Bihira kami sa delata at sa iba pang mga processed food. Iwas lang talaga sa mga betsin at flavoring. Once in a blue moon magsoftdrinks. Wala naman silang naging mabigat na karamdaman all through their lives. Sa mental health ay positibo sila sa pananaw sa buhay at nagtutulungan.
    Hindi lahat ay maka-afford ng mga organic kaya ang maging sagot ay hugasan ng mabuti ang gulay at malaking tulong ang paglalakad araw araw. Isa sa solution ay magkaroon ng gulay sa bakuran kahit nasa city ay pwede sa container magtanim para organic.

    I'm glad that there are now more Filipino doctors who promote and advocate low carb diet coupled with intermittent fasting on combating this epedemic T2 Diabetes! Salute! I've also learned these knowledge from reading Dr. Jason Fung's ebooks. I'm now FREE from Diabetes!

      Ako from Nov 1977 to Oct 1989 hindi ako kumakain ng kanin.
      Pero ngayon kumakain na uli ako ng kanin .
      Wala akong Diabetes. Wala din akong hypertension. Thalassemia Anemic meron ako..
      Ang mother namin may tuberculosis 10 kaming magkakapatid isa man sa amin ay walang ganoong sakit. .

      doc nangangayayat po ako dhl hnd napo ako kumakain ng karne ng baboy kc po acid reflux, uric acid po ako din naging anemic po ako last sept lang ngayon naman ok na pakiramdan ko mla noong nag take po ako galing sa doc normal napo dugo ko ngayon pero tumaas oarin uric acid ko slmat po guideline lang po para sa keto diet tnx po doc.

    The safest is still eat in moderation WHILE STILL YOUNG. After 30, it'll be too late. Fasting or abstinence from time to time. Deprivation will only lead to more binges.

    Ako din Doc 3 yrs din na akong walang rice. Because I have grade 1 fatty liver and my doctor told me to limit my carbs intake because I was overweight at that time. I do exercise but nothing changed on my weight that was the time that I decide to avoid rice 🍚 until now.

    Probably we all have a different body immune system what is good to others isn’t good for you so it’s everyone responsible what is best and contributes to your health experiment what is good for you we need rice even small amounts because it’s our stable food ever since especially if you feel weakened for not eating small amount of rice
    There were so many elderly Filipinos who reach the ripe old age it depends on our body immunity

    I've been on a no-rice and an all-no-meat diet since 14 years ago. My cholesterol level is maintained. I don't have maintenance and never had one. I don't take medicines in any form.
