P0641 5V Reference 1 Circuit || FIXED || Engine Power Reduce||GMC Yukon Tahoe Sierra Silverado

this is Chevrolet Tahoe 2009 with 5.3L engine comes to the workshop with a problem of engine power reduce. I scanned the vehicle got P0641 5V reference 1 Circuit. As usual I just checked the basic wiring I found the where is problem just basic things as shown in video.
