Took our new telluride on a 300 mile trip this weekend to west palm beach. Had my family all in (5 adults and 1 17yrs and a 18 month bby) lots of room in the 3rd row in the telluride. Smooth comfortable ride.
Did a 1000 mile trip across Canada on 2022 Pathfinder with 7 passgeners. Breaks are strong and as others said the acceleration is better than Telluride and I could feel it. The car never struggled in on 6500ft above sea-level in the Canadian rockies.

I think there's reasons so many people wants to get Telluride and even exist huge dealer mark up right now. Including double warranty, I still think Telluride is more solid choice.
You need to visit the Kia Telluride Facebook page. The Telluride is a poorly made vehicle with failing transmissions, horrible build quality, serious electrical issues, and almost non-existent customer service.
I purchased the Pathfinder SL had it a few months now no complaints. Solid quiet drive for my long commute to work. And can fit the whole family for trips on weekends.

Telluride don't care for the front end design and the only other real contender was the Toyota Highlander but when we drove thru the lot my wife said no before we even got out of the car. She absolutely didn't like the looks of the latest Highlander. I wanted to like the Highlander and they are reliable but I didn't care for the looks either.

You guys missed the point, the intro was basically saying dealer markups, wait lists and approximated interest and leasing rates aren’t applied until the car gets built. Downside of the Telluride. Kia is the #1 marked-up vehicle getting sold over msrp.
At the end of the day it's only Kia. I went into a dealer to inquire they didn't even have one and the wanted 50k in total to pre order. It's just a KIA.

Doesn't exist outside USA btw. Sam is Canadian the Warrenty is so bad in Canada it's only 5 years and does not extend the US if you move. Whereas Nissan's Canadian warranty is North America-wide.

This is another video that caught my eyes 👀 because I also own a 2021 Telluride. It’s not the biggest or most capable SUV on the market, but it definitely has everything that I need to transport my family of 5 plus friends! I have no regrets spending $2K above sticker price for my “T-ride” or “Telly”. I drove the Pathfinder for a week and it wasn’t enjoyable at all. The only thing it had over the Telluride was POWER which I paid for in gas mileage. The KIA Telluride is the perfect SUV for a growing family. 💯

I just bought a Platinum and was luckily I only had to wait 2 weeks back in January, it's apparently the last Platinum coming for a while. Only time will tell. They used to say that for Samsung and LG over Sony and Panasonic. Look where they are now. It is all about innovation and disruptive mindset. I am betting on Korean over Japanese for that reason.

Crazy I read and seen reports on yt and articles that 70-80% of GDIs after 45k miles start to ticking and over consuming oil so I guess it does need 100k miles warranty for its recalls and consumer complaints later on huh

They Pathfinder is quicker at 0 to 60. And it has a reliable, and proven V6 engine. Telluride’s engine loves to catch fire. That’s why Kia/Hyundai recommended to park it outside your house.

There have a blast making money hand over fist; they don’t need new any new products. That is why in the USA sticker price is not the real price; let’s have a bidding war. We are at there mercy. All of us. Decided on the Pathfinder because it’s just arriving next week. No colour choices or model; it is what it is and bend over!!!
Big problem with both Telluride and Pathfinder is their fuel efficiency and small gas tank capacity. Both of these suvs should have come with a 21+ gallon capacity fuel tank
Unfortunately with Nissan consumers don’t really get options. You can’t order a vehicle so you can only get what is sent to the dealership. Also because shortages Nissan dealers were sent low sailing vehicles and now the algorithm says this is what the sell so this is what we send. Unfortunately they are sending models and colors no one really wants
Had a Optima and an Altima... Optima was the best car before we ended up getting a Palisade... The Altima became a lemon... That's why I am also looking into a Telluride or Sorento...

This review is pretty biased. 90% of it is in the Nissan along with them spacing the vehicle forward to make it appear it's larger than it is. Negative expressions show when the Telluride does better.
The new pathfinder scores very low for reliability. Just one example is Consumer Reports which rated it 2 out of 5 for reliability. That"s just one example of many. No way would I want one after 5 years when the warranty is up. Older Nissans are money pits.
