I like the concept, but am a bit let down by the execution. The case machining and finishing is not up to par with the price tag in my opinion.

I still don't see the Dreamwatch 5 that apparent in the design though. Maybe loosely in the overall concept, but not much in common in terms of design.

Just want to ask, I’m interested in the stainless steel version the very first one on the website which said 30 days pre-order. Since it’s Kickstarter and you have stated a DISCLAIMER, there’s a chance I won’t be getting the watch even if I pledged and paid for it?
Thats how kickstarter is. Starting a business is ROUGH. You want to support new businesses, you take a risk. If everything goes well though given a failure, you should get your money back. But if they get their goal then get some surprise expense they may not be able to meet it. Thats how life is under capitalism.

They were over subscribed by 1000% so everyone who participated among the first 300 will be getting an Argon watch.
The videos were better when the footage was exclusively of hands and watches and not of just another man talking to a camera.

...that logic is like saying 'no' to Swatch and Omega doing a Kickstarter together.
Conscious you may have had bad Kickstarter experiences in the past, or know people who have, but Kickstarter projects are not a monolith.
These two guys have real track record, and a reputation to uphold. I normally don't trust KS projects, but this one I've backed.

I love this chanel, but calling this a ''hyper watch'' is the most ridiculous thing I've heard in a while.
The jump hour is far from innovative, the case finish is sub par , My guess would have been that the forged carbon fiber one would have the best case finish as it requires less post molding processing, yet it doesn;t even have the engraving which could have been molded.
I wouldn't want this piece even if I got it for free, but based on the looks, mechanism and finish it doens't resemble the pricetage and should actually be MSRP

It’s a hope for me. Looks like something off Aliexpress. If you wore something like this you’d just get all the wrong attention. Especially since as a watch “taking inspiration from a much more expensive watch so us mere mortals can benefit from the experience”, as you say - well erm, isn’t that literally the definition of the Ali Homage?

I'm not sure what wearing this would say about you (not that you should really care anyway) but I'm guessing it wont be too complimentary??...looks like your trying too hard much like Architects wearing lairy coloured shirts or sox.
The fact that all the youtubers are making videos about this watch while it is still in kickstarter mode just speaks volumes as to how boring and stale most watches have become.
Sounds to me like the next-gen Daniel Wellington: hype it on social media, and sell it as fast as you can before people look too closely at it.
