Well as a watch, that thing is horrible, but as a diamond bracelet (an investment or tax write off) that thing is actually beautiful

Ulysse Nardin Freak One 44mm (£60,330) has to be the one for me. Different and innovative on every level. Nothing else like it.

The agelocer sapphire crystal tourbillon can be bought for £324 and the only thing limited about it is the name because you can get the exact same watch with the name Aesop instead of Agelocer and there is one with another different maker's name as well and they are definitely not limited editions. The last watch also has a very similar looking watch made by a Chinese watch company called Pindu for £215. I honestly kid you not, the Chinese seem to be making all of the watches you can buy these days 😂😂😂😂lmao. The other watch company name is Pindu 😅. The Chinese don't miss a trick 😅.

20 million to spend on a watch? I'd just buy out a rolex dealership, and when the staff turn up for work, I'll look at them with an expression of ultimate contempt and tell them that they'll just have to wait......I've not yet decided if they can go onto the waiting list for being employed.

This was one of the best guys. Totally nuts, and to think people buy these things...... I would if I had a mattress brim full of jackpot winning lottery tickets but there would still be a place on my wrist for my trusty F-91W ever so slightly modified with a solid sapphire case, nuclear button cell and a micro plasma cannon. The backlight would still be a tad weak though as you need to keep some originality.

These things are all little sculptures that, incidentally, tell the time. Regarding the Jacob piece…beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

That Stalone watch looks like a copy of the funkier versions of some Casio transformers inspired survival watch.
These watches are very interesting to know about. However the main problem of these hyper watches are lack of wearability due to its too much shiny or too weird in looking etc.
And their exorbitant prices and utter ugliness

Before price, your biggest problem is they look weird?
I find interesting to know, what it would theoretically cost to design, create (or order) and then assemble the parts of a similarily "crazy" watch. (The materials do not have to be expensive, it just has to "look crazy")
These are mainly for the growing ranks of the very rich who want a hyper expensive version of the G-shock that they wanted or had as kids.
My watch cost me 5€ at the flee market, got a nice NATO to go with it, it has date and day, hours minutes and seconds. it is a Pulsar 2001...Great little watch..

The HYT reminds me of the Kawasaki H2 or H2R. Colour scheme and general style. So much so it's hard to believe there was not a degree of inspiration.

Whilst its nice to put faces to the voices bring back the Microphones. Made the videos more enjoyable, having ear phones on and microphones in front of you is so basic. Epic watches far beyond normal peoples means but great to see them. Excellent review as always.

I’ve become a fan of the Tiffany blue dial and now even yellow or crazy enough pink.
A watch dealer took me into his sacred heavily armoured vault without any displays after going through plenty of vaulted doorways and then pushed a button getting an armoured door to split open and to slowly rise a tray with several HYT watches in dim light. We had a great conversation during more than one hour being offered champagne and exquisite pastry. How I got there although I looked like a budget traveller? I just mentioned being a watch collector and asked for a person knowledgeable in watch calibers. The shop staff panicked and called the boss right away😅
Maybe the AP could swing down & save us all with the.last.one! I was chuckling all the way through that, very funny & totally mad creations. I have an Agelocer flying tourbillon & its amazing, the Chinese are kicking the Swiss right where it hurts. 😳😂

nevermind buying these watches. How do you go about making them, acquiring the materials. All those diamonds and gems, do you just have them in house and decide to make these watches or you have to specifically get them out elsewhere just to begin to make these watches?

There is a couple here I haven't seen! Back 45+ years ago when I started my watch adventure of course Rolex was the watch to own. I have had about 8 and was done with Rolex. I got into some of the other high end brands but after a while they all started looking alike and started looking into the more watches that were on the wild side. I got a Hublot big bang and loved it, then a Ulysse Nardin. Later I discovered Devon, Urwerk, MB&F etc. Later Jacob & Co, RM etc. I have a lot of watches and some fairly cheap ones that are the type people actually stop me on the street to ask WTF is that. LOL I try to keep a limit on what I spend these days. Some watch brands IMO are over rated and way over priced.
