No, you don't need $100+ IEMs. Stick with the current earbuds or headphones you got. Maybe download an equalizer if you need to, and learn the games audio cues. You can still make it to high elo on 1080p 144Hz. Sleeves are only useful on hybrid, or hard pads. The only mainstream peripheral I'll ever vouch for is Wooting. (Even then, you'll still find close HE competitors.) Glad there's chinese manufacturers that are producing at REASONABLE prices.
I'm pinning this comment because you are 100% correct. Most of what we see in peripherals now is all marketing. These are the hard truths a lot of gamers need to hear. When I first started playing Counter-Strike (with a ball mouse in the early 2000's), all that mattered was raw skill. Peripherals have gotten so advanced that even with cheaper ones, the only thing that will ever stand in your way is yourself, never the gear. Yup, I hate it when companies advertise their mouse as “8k” or some other stuff, only thing you’ll need to advertise is the shape, weight and feel. Polling rate is just a marketing trap

every big name gaming company has. theres a ton of chinese mice for half the price or less that are just as good. same with keyboards doesnt even have to be rapid trigger. theres a ton of cheap boards that feel and sound better than anything corsair or logitech has to offer. the rainy 75 is gorgeous.

using attack shark r1, 26 dollars, no creaks, been using 6 months already. Clicks huano white dots, but implentation feels better than pink dots. Don't know what to say, deathadder v3 hyperspeed is the exact same shape as this for 7 times the price. The age of logitech and razer dominating the gaming market is over.

In my country Malaysia, you can get Attack Shark X3 for $30. Sometimes below that due to promotion. This mouse is very popular in gaming mouse category. Awesome video 🤟
I had no idea both Attack Shark and Ajazz products were manufactured by Kysona! I had already given up on "established" peripheral brands and turned towards mainland chinese and/or taiwanese ones, but it's good to know that the OEM is Kysona. I'll give their own branded products a try next.
Another thing to consider about products is the scrap rate and QC, bigger brands probably have higher QC standards and a lower scrap rate when mice come off the production line. But Aliexpress mice can probably justify accepting more of a lottery in terms of QC so that they can have a lower scrap rate, and make up for it by reduced final costs to the consumer.

I don’t think pulsar is the same. I’ve actually just had some back and forth with them about their manufacturing process due to an upcoming video on the X2H es. As far as I can tell you, Pulsar custom makes some of their components (encoder) and boards. They hand sculpt the mouse shapes by clay and then refine it digitally.They’re currently trying to bring all production to South Korea. I think the Kysona factory may of just be cloning the pulsar bottom plate. But who knows I could be 100% wrong too

It's been known that some materials in other industry not just for mouse like for example carbon frames for bikes they are produced in the same factories and then get bought and rebranded by different companies. This is most prevalent in China. Some big companies are doing this but I'm not gonna mention one to be safe. 😄
funny, I bought the x3 before I saw this and my only reason was because bigger companies are too expensive... I knew it would be good since I've looked into all these brands before and own an ajazz keyboard, I can definitely vouch for the quality and value, and I can't believe there are people willing to pay so much for peripherals that probably won't last them even a year for at least double the price. @@mohamedallouche5873 get an r1 pro NON MAX its better than both (unless you dont like the shape, in that case get the slightly more expensive f1 moba with identical internals apart from battery, or if you dont like that either, then there are some other options i dont know too much about like the darmoshark, kysona, attack shark, zaopin, etc - but the r1 pro is the top rn for price/performance and is the best among budget mice but only works for claw/gpx shape users mainly)

I'll probably get to it eventually. I'm a one-man marching band and each video takes something in the ballpark of 30-40 hours to script, film, edit, and animate (not including getting the gameplay clips, probably the best part) They sent me the X3Max, which hopefully I'll have a review on before the end of the year. i have a attack shark x3 and i bought it from aliexpress and here's the thing, that mouse cost me R$120,00(BRL) but a logitech g pro superlight is 600+(BRL), i couldn't be happier, i have a mouse that last almost a week with one charge (playing every day for more than 5 hours) and it has one of the best sensors on the market, i would recommend that mouse to everybody that wants a good one and want to stay on budget
Its more about brand recognition and trust we as consumers have and we expect smth expensive to be good and have longevity so the investment is "worth it"

Bought the Kysona m600 back in April for ₱835 or $14 because of a sale, and it is legit the best mouse I've ever laid hands on. Very fast response from each mouse movements and crisp click and a solid build
it should be noted that the kysona firmware should be flashed onto the attack shark. the attack sharks firmware has issues with the LOD and also sensor performance whilst the m600s does not. boardzy has also covered/confirmed this in his x3 review and i have also noticed the differences on my personal X3. however i would not recommend this over other mice such as the VXE R1 Series or Delux M600 due to the sensor issues. also to note is that the GM8.0s on the attack shark are very prone to failure and is the main reason why brands have been switching to blue shell pink dots ( to be noted, the Delux M600 is a Viper Mini clone and is completely delux's own thing and isnt the same to kysonas M600)
Bought it on March 2024 worked really well on cable, had precision issues with its 2.4 dongle so I used it mainly wired when playing. Was fine until yesterday when I turned on my pc every time I click it freezes for a second or two have no idea why, tried everything drivers and everything even opened it to see inside if it had an issue and cleaned it but still nothing. When I use cable it freezes when I use the three top buttons (right, left and wheel button) side buttons work normally. Also when using it wireless it doesn't freeze when I click but have to click multiple times for it to response, tried different cable same thing so it's no the cable.. Searched online no one had this issue even with other brands it's so weird especially when it was perfectly fine when I turned off my PC the previous night, by the morning it was broken by it self..

You're right. I'm actually working on something with a friend. The tough part is recreating the same test for each individual mouse. I think I may have a contraption in mind though using some 3D printed parts and some old motors from some of my drones. Eventually, I'd like to be in a place where I can test every mouse and get the true end to end latency and give real world examples of how much that latency is
Ive been supporting attack shark for the last year. I have both the x85 keyboard and x3 wireless mouse. bang for the buck cant go wrong. attack shark support is way better & was open with me from the start that they were producing other mice under different names. I'll still be buying products from them in the future as long as they are around.
Mouses are 160 bucks because morons are willing to drop more and more on gear, where a little over 10 years ago dropping around 100 bucks for a mechanical keyboard was expensive now we see the 1st pre build 500 dollar keyboard options, Same with PS5 at 400-500 bucks Sony noticed due to scalpers people are willing to drop 800 bucks on a console so now the new pro is priced at 700 USD and (due to VAT) 881 usd in the EU.A 60 dollar Razer gaming mice used to be expensive with the most insane model available for like 120 (the majority sticked with the 60 dollar option), then Finalmouse showed that people were willing to pay up to 200 and more to gain an edge for competitive gaming and now we see the current prices. Same with controllers, 60 bucks is a lot of money for a controller but again people showed they're willing to pay around 200 dollars for a SCUFF type controller, so now there are tons of branded SCUFF type controllers at that price point. They price at that point because people are willing to pay for it, and even upgrade every time an upgrade releases. People always want the latest and greatest everything of everything, phone, GPU, keyboard, mouse etc etc
I see you too have lived through the Wild West of early computer tech. Those were the days… when optical mice were first coming out and a heavier mouse meant quality. You’re completely right though, people will pay dumb amounts of cash. I’m not sure if it’s out of desire or if they think it’s a shortcut to getting gud…. None the less, any decent player with a dell mouse could mop the floor with an average player using one the the $200-$400 mice

Companies like logitech have been overpricing their products for a while now, like 3 years ago an aukey mouse for 40 dollars and it was wireless with 1k hz polling rate, a really good sensor, 3 side buttons and you can make infinite profiles in the software
I ordered a Darmoshark M3 around a month ago and i have been loving it It is so good for its price the only thing which bothered me is the coating, took me some time to get used to it but apart from that no complains the battery lasts me almost a week lol
Yeah, that's the one spot where the chinese brands tend to cut corners. The coating on a lot of the Shenzen mice tend to be raw plastic instead of something finished

Online reviews for this mouse suggest the Achilles heel is the sensor. Apparently it starts skipping after some use, making it unreliable in a competitive setting. Still seems like great value though. I’d take a few missed shots for 80% off a top end equivalent mouse.

No I wouldn't say you're being ripped off buying a Superlight because you know what you're buying. You're buying an established brand name with all the associated costs it comes with and that includes the most important cost advertisement cost. If you see a product being advertised there's a high chance you can find a similar quality product for like half the price.

They released the R6 which is an upgraded X3. 8k polling (DONGLE INCLUDED!), better switches (they feel amazing), and lighter. 43g! (Weighed it) Same exact X3 shape, which fits my hand PERFECT. The shell must be mass produced by some company and these vendors like Attack Shark are modding the internals like crazy.

@@Monke71914 I like the pulsar dot glass skates but any dot glass skates on Amazon should do. As far as mouse pads go, either condura cloth or silicone hybrid. I personally prefer one that’s about 3-4mm thick. It feels better imo

@Otaku74179 no worries man! Yeah, you’d have to take off the skates that come with the x3 and put in the dot skates. You can put as many dots on that’d you want. The reason why I say dot skates is because the skates have a specific footprint, so unless it’s made exactly for that model then it won’t fit. Dot skates fit any mouse :)

They both have the 3395. Macros are supported in both softwares. I would say the Kysona comes of a little less maleware looking but they're pretty much the same for the end user
A few years ago, I thought I got ripped off by Razor when the Viper Ultimate was costing $129 RRP and went on sale for $89. Now the Viper V3 Pro is $169 without the charging station... you know where I'm going.

The worst thing is - Attack Shark, Zaopin, Incott & Darmoshark have equal QC than GPX/GPX. The big brands are getting WAY too greedy.. Although LAMZU price is fully justified for the best QC on the market plus the performance and the rapid new releases & innovation

using attack shark r1, 26 dollars, no creaks, been using 6 months already. Clicks huano white dots, but implentation feels better than pink dots. Don't know what to say, deathadder v3 hyperspeed is the exact same shape as this for 7 times the price. The age of logitech and razer dominating the gaming market is over.

All these Chinese companies are taking the work that the bigger brands have done, reverse engineered them, and cut out all R&D cost. Most of these cheap Chinese mice are literally direct clones of Logitech and Razer mice. What has happened to us as a society where we used to frown upon this type of behavior and are now suddenly encouraging it? How many of these mice companies do you think would exist in a country where they actually respect intellectual property laws?

Yo, I've been involved in the copy scene for quite sometime now and I am really shocked to see that they actually tell you that information. I guess it is not a secret anymore that there are big vendors out there that has the ability to produce huge blank units and then sell it to other companies while offering them the ability to modify cosmetics and/or components for certain costs.

I had no idea both Attack Shark and Ajazz products were manufactured by Kysona! I had already given up on "established" peripheral brands and turned towards mainland chinese and/or taiwanese ones, but it's good to know that the OEM is Kysona. I'll give their own branded products a try next.
The way you talk, the way you deliver, something tells me to sub to your channel man!
Another thing to consider about products is the scrap rate and QC, bigger brands probably have higher QC standards and a lower scrap rate when mice come off the production line. But Aliexpress mice can probably justify accepting more of a lottery in terms of QC so that they can have a lower scrap rate, and make up for it by reduced final costs to the consumer.

Kysona & Attack Shark along with many of the other Chinese based brands use the same OEM.
it’s not that deep, everything is rolling off the same OEM line
I don’t think pulsar is the same. I’ve actually just had some back and forth with them about their manufacturing process due to an upcoming video on the X2H es. As far as I can tell you, Pulsar custom makes some of their components (encoder) and boards. They hand sculpt the mouse shapes by clay and then refine it digitally.They’re currently trying to bring all production to South Korea. I think the Kysona factory may of just be cloning the pulsar bottom plate.
But who knows I could be 100% wrong too

It's been known that some materials in other industry not just for mouse like for example carbon frames for bikes they are produced in the same factories and then get bought and rebranded by different companies. This is most prevalent in China. Some big companies are doing this but I'm not gonna mention one to be safe. 😄
funny, I bought the x3 before I saw this and my only reason was because bigger companies are too expensive... I knew it would be good since I've looked into all these brands before and own an ajazz keyboard, I can definitely vouch for the quality and value, and I can't believe there are people willing to pay so much for peripherals that probably won't last them even a year for at least double the price. I use a Sony A7iv but I may upgrade to a Sony Fx3 depending on if there’s a reasonable sale or not.
I use the GM 24-70 f/2.8 for my my work but I have a Sigma 100 f/2.8 macro and a Laowa 18(ish?) tilt shift ultra wide macro.
I use a Shure SM7b into a cloudlifter into my GoXLR for any voiceover/audio

@@mohamedallouche5873 get an r1 pro NON MAX its better than both (unless you dont like the shape, in that case get the slightly more expensive f1 moba with identical internals apart from battery, or if you dont like that either, then there are some other options i dont know too much about like the darmoshark, kysona, attack shark, zaopin, etc - but the r1 pro is the top rn for price/performance and is the best among budget mice but only works for claw/gpx shape users mainly)

i have a attack shark x3 and i bought it from aliexpress and here's the thing, that mouse cost me R$120,00(BRL) but a logitech g pro superlight is 600+(BRL), i couldn't be happier, i have a mouse that last almost a week with one charge (playing every day for more than 5 hours) and it has one of the best sensors on the market, i would recommend that mouse to everybody that wants a good one and want to stay on budget

Bought the Kysona m600 back in April for ₱835 or $14 because of a sale, and it is legit the best mouse I've ever laid hands on. Very fast response from each mouse movements and crisp click and a solid build

it should be noted that the kysona firmware should be flashed onto the attack shark. the attack sharks firmware has issues with the LOD and also sensor performance whilst the m600s does not. boardzy has also covered/confirmed this in his x3 review and i have also noticed the differences on my personal X3. however i would not recommend this over other mice such as the VXE R1 Series or Delux M600 due to the sensor issues. also to note is that the GM8.0s on the attack shark are very prone to failure and is the main reason why brands have been switching to blue shell pink dots
( to be noted, the Delux M600 is a Viper Mini clone and is completely delux's own thing and isnt the same to kysonas M600)

Bought it on March 2024 worked really well on cable, had precision issues with its 2.4 dongle so I used it mainly wired when playing. Was fine until yesterday when I turned on my pc every time I click it freezes for a second or two have no idea why, tried everything drivers and everything even opened it to see inside if it had an issue and cleaned it but still nothing. When I use cable it freezes when I use the three top buttons (right, left and wheel button) side buttons work normally. Also when using it wireless it doesn't freeze when I click but have to click multiple times for it to response, tried different cable same thing so it's no the cable..
Searched online no one had this issue even with other brands it's so weird especially when it was perfectly fine when I turned off my PC the previous night, by the morning it was broken by it self..

BRUH, I love this channel and the videos, but the thing is you’re not testing for latency. I’m not sure that brand alternatives can compare to big brands like Logitech.
You're right. I'm actually working on something with a friend. The tough part is recreating the same test for each individual mouse. I think I may have a contraption in mind though using some 3D printed parts and some old motors from some of my drones. Eventually, I'd like to be in a place where I can test every mouse and get the true end to end latency and give real world examples of how much that latency is
Ive been supporting attack shark for the last year. I have both the x85 keyboard and x3 wireless mouse. bang for the buck cant go wrong. attack shark support is way better & was open with me from the start that they were producing other mice under different names. I'll still be buying products from them in the future as long as they are around.
Mouses are 160 bucks because morons are willing to drop more and more on gear, where a little over 10 years ago dropping around 100 bucks for a mechanical keyboard was expensive now we see the 1st pre build 500 dollar keyboard options, Same with PS5 at 400-500 bucks Sony noticed due to scalpers people are willing to drop 800 bucks on a console so now the new pro is priced at 700 USD and (due to VAT) 881 usd in the EU.A 60 dollar Razer gaming mice used to be expensive with the most insane model available for like 120 (the majority sticked with the 60 dollar option), then Finalmouse showed that people were willing to pay up to 200 and more to gain an edge for competitive gaming and now we see the current prices. Same with controllers, 60 bucks is a lot of money for a controller but again people showed they're willing to pay around 200 dollars for a SCUFF type controller, so now there are tons of branded SCUFF type controllers at that price point. They price at that point because people are willing to pay for it, and even upgrade every time an upgrade releases. People always want the latest and greatest everything of everything, phone, GPU, keyboard, mouse etc etc
I see you too have lived through the Wild West of early computer tech. Those were the days… when optical mice were first coming out and a heavier mouse meant quality. You’re completely right though, people will pay dumb amounts of cash. I’m not sure if it’s out of desire or if they think it’s a shortcut to getting gud…. None the less, any decent player with a dell mouse could mop the floor with an average player using one the the $200-$400 mice

Companies like logitech have been overpricing their products for a while now, like 3 years ago an aukey mouse for 40 dollars and it was wireless with 1k hz polling rate, a really good sensor, 3 side buttons and you can make infinite profiles in the software

I ordered a Darmoshark M3 around a month ago and i have been loving it
It is so good for its price the only thing which bothered me is the coating, took me some time to get used to it but apart from that no complains
the battery lasts me almost a week lol
Yeah, that's the one spot where the chinese brands tend to cut corners. The coating on a lot of the Shenzen mice tend to be raw plastic instead of something finished

Online reviews for this mouse suggest the Achilles heel is the sensor. Apparently it starts skipping after some use, making it unreliable in a competitive setting.
Still seems like great value though. I’d take a few missed shots for 80% off a top end equivalent mouse.

No I wouldn't say you're being ripped off buying a Superlight because you know what you're buying. You're buying an established brand name with all the associated costs it comes with and that includes the most important cost advertisement cost. If you see a product being advertised there's a high chance you can find a similar quality product for like half the price.

They released the R6 which is an upgraded X3. 8k polling (DONGLE INCLUDED!), better switches (they feel amazing), and lighter. 43g! (Weighed it) Same exact X3 shape, which fits my hand PERFECT. The shell must be mass produced by some company and these vendors like Attack Shark are modding the internals like crazy.

I heard you say the skates were bad i’m getting the attack shark and i’ve never used glass skates and i’m trying them out and since i’m getting this mouse soon do you have any recommendations on what glass skates to get?

@@Monke71914 I like the pulsar dot glass skates but any dot glass skates on Amazon should do.
As far as mouse pads go, either condura cloth or silicone hybrid. I personally prefer one that’s about 3-4mm thick. It feels better imo

Yeah, you’d have to take off the skates that come with the x3 and put in the dot skates. You can put as many dots on that’d you want.
The reason why I say dot skates is because the skates have a specific footprint, so unless it’s made exactly for that model then it won’t fit. Dot skates fit any mouse :)

They both have the 3395. Macros are supported in both softwares. I would say the Kysona comes of a little less maleware looking but they're pretty much the same for the end user

This is how you know I'm a real one. I could totally commission link for some trash off amazon, but I think Pulsar makes the best skates. For a mouse like this you're going to want universal dot skates. I get zero commission from this link - I just think their the best

@@HeyzerLeaf I haven’t experienced any firmware issues but I know they exist. I think by the time I got mine the issues were resolved

if you can go for a vxe firefly or incot ghero as attack shark x3 has creacking problems on the side buttons and other issues related to qc, kysona is better on qc but the other ones aforementioned are way way better the incot ghero being one of the best cheapest options on the market
