There have been countless people in my life that have come to me with their problems while I'm trying to deal with my own shit in life, and it just gets so hard to deal with after a while. And I never want to be rude and make it seem like they can't come to me for help anymore, but sometimes you just have to put your foot down and put your feelings first. It's okay to be selfish for your own mental health, just make sure you're not toxic about it.
