I must admit I have put things in different bins myself like important letters bank statements I'll tear up and dump in different bins so people can't get my information.
Might be a bit paranoid but can't take the chance.
Don't know much about this case and I hope the truth comes out and they poor kids it breaks my heart.

It’s laughable, especially when the reason Jennifer moved out and instituted divorce proceedings is because she discovered the affair. I don’t need to personally know Michelle to know that fact. Engaging in an affair with a married man is incongruent with being a “family woman.”

If she admittedly was aware that he was married with children and she still chose to be intimate with him and carry on an affair, then it's within reason to deduce that she doesn't fit the criteria for a "family woman." No justification for playing that role in the lives of a married couple. Things end badly when you do!

She may be innocent of the murder but she should have come clean right away when police were investigating her and telling her Fotis killed his wife. She should have fought for that mother and kids & helped police prove that he did it and keep his kids safe so the family didn’t have to hire armed guards to protect them. Agree. She almost broke down at the suggestion by an interrogator that Fotus was thinking of getting back with Jennifer before he (allegedly) murdered her. She has never seemed concerned for Jennifer only making herself look like she didn’t know that she was Fotus right hand monster.

No such thing can be concluded from the video alone unless you are prejudiced. Body language is a pseudoscience and cannot be taken as an irrefutable proof of guilt.

The only time Michelle opened the door “to throw out gum” is when she needed to hide Fotus from throwing the plates down the sewer which would or could raise attention from bystanders. She was blacking the view and hiding him behind the door as he was doing it!

They made more than 30 stops along that road to throw out stuff. A reasonable person or woman would have asked why are throwing things in so many stops if she did not know what was happening. She did not ask because she was complacent and she knew what was being done
Actually it was misinformation given to the Detectives at the time. It was more like 4 to 5 stops.

These two are performing what they have already written on their alibi documents. His and her bloody ponchos, his and her bloody gloves, his and her bloody DNA on all the clean up items and so much more. She is as guilty as him. Even more since she refuses to tell the LE where the body is. Shameful.
They skiped their trip to the trash cans in the alibi list. Why? If you have nothing to hide and it was just an innocent trip...It was not!
Several comments she made and didn’t make have convinced me. 2 stand out…when She said “I hate him for that”- referring to helping him clean up. She also mentioned him saying just stick to your story- all her words. So much more. I’ll keep an open mind with other witness still to come but IMO she knew and covered for him. The PD had precious time to find JD and she admitted to lying and they lost valuable time.

The fact that the she moved in to his marital home immediately after Jennifer and his children left, that she entertained the idea of having six children, the fantasy that she, Fotis and six children would live happily ever after in Argentina (a country Michelle is affiliated with) as if Jennifer is already out of the picture shows could it shows how domineering and manipulative she is. If this was all his idea, why not Turkey or Greece? There was a part of the interrogation too where she threatened to leave Fotis bc their situation turned nightmarish. If Fotis is the dominant in the relationship, he would aggress her as he did with Jennifer. Michelle didn’t show any fear of Fotis. I really think that Fotis met his match, probably even worse in Michelle.
She is a divorcee with a child herself. She understands that Jennifer will fight till her death to keep her children. Michelle is too delusional to assume the 8 of them can migrate easily to Argentina without Jennifer putting up a fight.

The defense attorney is absolutely annoying with all of his denied objections. If the jury is on the fence about her guilt of the conspiracy, they may lean toward conviction because they despise the defense attorney so much.
Michelle’s body language is guarded I.e. crossing arms in front of her. Staying on the phone was a premeditated move to show preoccupation away from the crime taking place.

The jury can come back with the two charges of tampering with evidence and misleading an investigation. It is 100% clear she is guilty of those two charges at the very least. If she didn’t conspire, why did she lie and lie about the events of her day? If you don’t have anything to hide, why lie about the events of your day? Obviously she at least was trying to help give Fotis an alibi, but the alibi script makes me lean toward conspiracy as well. It will be interesting to see what new evidence will come out to strengthen their case of conspiracy. Maybe Kent knows she was involved.

This news station is too far on the defense side and it’s driving me nuts when we have 6 weeks of trial left.
This is just a small regional station in the Hartford area. Most national news shows out of NY are presenting it differently.

Michelle literally lied straight away in her interview about Starbucks....she threw her sandwich in the garbage because it was disgusting so surprisingly it seems no one mentioned in trial or the media for that matter, that the Starbucks video actually shows Dulos was the only one taking bites of that sandwich and he offered her a bite but she refused.

Yep, of course indeed! So obvious to me that she was lying from the beginning & trying to follow a plan of activities. Let's hope there is eventually enough evidence brought in for jury to come to this conclusion. But her inconsistencies in questioning already set up her trying to cover up. We need to be patient for full picture.

The Starbucks video os relevant because it is located further up on Albany avenue in west Hartford not far from where he dumped the garbage bags.

I've never seen a case with this much reasonable doubt. The detectives haven't proven any crime even in the slightest.

Not a fan of this judge. Why does the judge go into such detail to rule on an objection? Don't think ive heard the judge say "overruled" or "sustained" not one time. His long description of said objections are, to me, having an affect on a jury and the conclusions they may draw.
