Truth, I've had skyrim since 2011 and I still play it and I just love how people get really shocked when I say that.

My current character is literally a Necromance, by combining the Aetherium Crown and the Ritual Stone I can now raise unlimited immortal undead constantly as many times as I want.
In all honesty its awesome but it has made the game a bit too easy now.

I don't think they should have gone straight into MMO genre, I think they should have tried Co-op/Limited player multiplayer first to actually get some opinions and ideas for things that would make an MMO better than what ESO is now. It's a shame really :/
I've said this before, and I'll say it again. I can hear the entire dev team at Bethesda shriveling up and dying just thinking about adding multiplayer into a TES or FO title. The games have a huge scope and are riddled with bugs even though they just focus on singleplayer. Imagine how big of a bug ridden clusterfuck the game would be if they shoehorned in multiplayer.
Do you remember all those articles back before Skyrim was released? The ones talking about the huge plans they had in mind. The dynamic armies. An economy that could change with supply and demand and the civil war affecting prices. Realistic relationships. Things of that nature. Most of that stuff was scrapped or dumbed down as they ran out of time.
Now imagine that for FO4, they don't just have to balance and work out bugs in singleplayer. They also have to juggle a new game mode, find out how to have everything work with two players in real time. Find new bugs and will have to dedicate at least a good chunk of time to actually making the co-op mode.
I pray to the Divines that they never shoehorn multiplayer into a TES or FO.
4 player max Co-op is all the people asked for.
They could try something like the Dark Souls option, where other players show up only of you have a certain item with them, and if they die they return to their own world. However, TES could improve upon the Dark Souls formula by allowing players to return to their own world at any time and be able to take loot (but not quest items) with them home.
Also you should be able to enable/disable this option at any time, whether or not players should be able to invade other players I'll leave you guys to decide, because I can see potential for both options
DragonMastrNova players in dark souls can return home at any time...
both friendly and invading :P And they sorta kinda take rewards with them indirectly ;/
The problem with multiplayer in something like skyrim is two fold
Firstly skyrim time and multiplayer time are diffirent.You go into skyrim to get immersed and find a random talking dog that leads you on a journey.
Co-op time you generally rush through that kind of stuff and are more mechanically focused what do i go and kill.
You go into skyrim with a diffirent mindset and wanting something else then you do from your co op game
And secondly skyrims combat just isn't very good when compared to your dark souls it's just kinda lack luster.
so going in and just killing some monsters or doing some dueling just doesn't sound intresting to me
Personally i even would go as far as to say the moba 5 abilty style thing the mmo has got going for it seems to actaully be an improvement...
Skyrim is dramatically improved with mods. Combat.. And all other stuff. Mmos are way too similar to each other now. I hated dark souls so w.e

dark3rthanshadows already have it and have been playing for a while now. I have very few complaints about it, but my style of play is more of a wander around take my time.
Although I do things with guild mates often enough that it keeps it interesting for me.

Imagine fallout with those upgraded graphics and movements. No more awkward walking or shitfilled limping/swimming animation and maybe random Deathclaws won't fall from the sky and buttfuck you cause I didn't appreciate that(albeit it was hilarious seeing the red blip and suddenly VATS around and see it right above my companions head)
Yeah if Fallout was improve so much then it would be a powerhouse of a game like Skyrim. Both those franchises are wonderful.

***** No, the game is truly terrible. In my opinion at least. I played the beta 1 week before release. I really liked to be sneaky, take enemies out at a distance without them even knowing I was there. The bows suck, the enemies suck, the main story line sucks, and the graphics suck. You are thrown into the game without knowing anything if you have never played all of the previous Elder Scrolls. I hate it.

Molphin Helk bow isnt that sux (playing bow since early access and up to present days), its just looks like shit with non-balansed OP skills of sorcs and templars and DKs. But hey, bow is really good weapon vs single targets who dont have immune to control effects. Sorrely, all big ones have it. And almost all quest-related ones. And about 50% of monsters...

Great song done by a great dude, but ESO is overhyped.
It's not really that great.
I got into all the beta's even the Really early one, and it's shown improvement.
It doesn't have the charm, lore, improvements that I want out of ESO.
And it is expensive as HELL.
The game is nothing like skyrim, Skyrim has a great blend of real looking characters while ESO looks cartoony as will as animations typically found in Asian Anime MMO's. Even down to how you attack mobs looks straight out of a kids cartoon. Only some of the magic looks good. I tried the beta didn't lived to the hyped nor the full release.
Both ESO and Skyrim looks really crappy.

Sieges and quest in skyrim are terrible.... like honestly compare the siege of windhelm to any siege in ESO and you will be dissapointed.
that is the best you can do the sieges in skyrim.... with a ONE mod you can fix that. may not be as large as ESO and that should be clear as to why.

To all those who've never played ES before TESO; Look at it this way. You got a new game that DOESN'T copy the WoW blueprint like the many that have already come and gone (TOR, Conan, Rift, etc). It's got a fresh way to embark upon quests and pvp. But if you prefer the WoW-blueprint, just go back to WoW and sit there.
To all those who've never played MMOs before; This IS NOT Skyrim, Oblivion, or anything like that. It's not an RPG - It's an "MMORPG". And as with every other MMO, you will meet players - Tons of them, in the case of this Megaserver. And some of these players will be assholes. You need to learn to look at the game from a different angle; And no, this game doesn't shit on ES lore. Given the nature of the Scrolls, timelines are 100% able to be altered. That's why this "game", or time period, is not mentioned in the last games.
To all those who say it's "Too buggy", "Played beta, was dull", "too much running"; Holy shit, stop fucking crying. WoW started off so bad it had to be RE-RELEASED. This MMO have had, thus far, a relatively smooth launched (Yes, this is smooth) compared to most other games. It's barely been out for 2 weeks, and you expect the goldsellers to be gone already, too? WoW STILL have them! And they don't give a shit. As for the guys who don't want to spend time moving 2 fucking feet without a 100% speed increase; The game is meant to be explored. If not, there's wayshrines; Faster than any effin' mount, you lazy bums.
This game has extreme potential, but if it ain't your cup'a'tea; Don't dare raise your effin' voice on a new-release game. It's only about 1/10 games, or less, that are launched without errors. This game MUST NEVER go F2P! Subscription is what pays for updates, pays for "expansions", pays for new content and pays for the experience - Which I dare say is the best experience I've had in an MMO thus far, as an ES fan as well, and I'm not even half-way to level cap.

Marìe Leblanc Greedy corporate pigs? Look you're being just as greedy and refusing to look at this from another perspective. The subscription is paying for those megaservers monthly and their maintenance to keep the game updating constantly. All those fees will help support Zenimax to make ESO better the longer it goes on, some portion of the profit will eventually go the Bestheda to help make single-player games - Subscription base is a win-win for the players and the devs and the company. Don't say corporate pigs are stopping you when it's just your inability or unwillingness to buy it.

True but you could tell the team changed as the quality of the graphics went up but the quality of the games went down with each new one out, morrowind was the best man :') oblivion was meh and skyrim was a big ol troll face.
Shadow60f Oblivion was my first game. I went back and played Morrowind and Arena and the first dungeon of Daggerfall (And of course I've played Skyrim).
Oblivion is probably my favorite. I love the main quest (although i admit those oblivion gates get tedious and boring) and other quests. Also the Dark Brotherhood quest line is better in oblivion. And Oblivion's music and Fantasy settings is my favorite.
They are all bloody good games though of course.

The gameplay was the same as always just about but I missed the old levelling system and weapon crafting was just annoying and expensive but worst of all was the lack of decent stealth on the game, I didnt feel the damage from my bow doing very much on unexpecting victims and then to get the best benefit from stealth you had to use daggers but after you hit the guy once he knows your there and if he wasnt dead BAM!! weak a55 daggers, it wasnt a bad game mind you but just adding dragons and shouts doesnt equivlate it to being better than it's predeccesors but that's subject to opinion and I personally miss fine details like how ghosts could only be killed by silver or magic weapons :3 (dont ask me why I went all full detail there, it was the reviewer side of me lol)
