I’m from Thailand. You cannot imagine how big this was, it really was a rescue epic. All Thai media reported live from the scene, each story update on twitter got retweets in the thousands , donations, volunteers of every kind even interpreting volunteers when the foreign teams started arriving on scene. No one could remember a search (then later rescue) operation of this scale. People clung to any update on the story, you get emotionally invested. If you were in the country then, you’d know that the situation was very bleak, but we still prayed
All in all, it was a beautiful story. Thai people have their differences but everyone united in national collaboration which turned global and a story of survival against all odds.

Cave diver are a completely different breed. They are inhuman. I've heard stories about divers that have lost their lives by going into extremely dangerous, unmapped caves to rescue the dead remains of somebody that they've never met that died there back in the '70s. You should cover more stories about cave divers and, well, just divers in general. There are a ton of them on the channel called MrBallen if you need inspiration. A lot of his older videos are mostly cave diver stories. I hope to see more, as a diver myself (open ocean, NOT caves!!) I'm extremely interested in stories like this.
