Peanut Butter Cups - 2 Ingredients

Peanut butter cups are one of my all time favorites. They involve only 2 ingredients: chocolate and peanut butter. Being so simple, you can make it up anytime of the week. I sometimes whip some together if guests show up unexpectedly. The great thing is, you can control the amounts that go into them. In many ways, they do resemble the Reese's Peanut Butter Cups you can buy in stores. Watch the video, give them a try, and let us know what you think. I make these aaaall the time for parties and get togethers! I do recommend mixing in a tiny bit of powdered sugar to the peanut butter to make it stay in shape as they come up to room temperature.
