Riv nuts are not "permeant" and you definitely don't have to drill a hole bigger than the existing one to remove them.

Drilling out a rivnut does not require drilling a bigger hole. I’ve done dozens.

ive used to skipping videos on youtube for this exact reason and i got lucky on first skip i ended up 2:34 and the video was done by 3:00
