- Our family of 5 (plus the dog) is renting a 1000 sq foot house in Richmond, Virginia this year, and we finally have moved in all the way! come on a quick home tour with me to see how we've moved in, decorated, and made the space work for us!

this is freaking OUTSTANDING!!!! When I saw your empty house tour I was thinking to myself, "hmmm, how are they going to manage this?" But my GAWD you did a fantastic job!!! Gives me some great ideas on how to decorate my space and it's only ME and my DOGGY! :D
OMG! We did the same thing last year: downsized from a 3,000+ sq ft home to barely 900sqft. We love it! The realtors thought we were weird but we don't miss the old place.

You just did wonders to make this cute little place a warm and welcoming home, as it probably was, at one time. It looks charming and warm. I love rooms with a purpose, so that's why I love these older homes. The trend these days to making the living space, just one big room, the open concept, makes me feel like I am in an over sized studio apt, or a barn. LOL I love the charm and coziness of these older homes. Your kids will love it. I know it's nice to have a master bath, but we raised our kids, in a small home, with no master bath, and we pulled it off. lol
