1st floor home addition project includes new dedicated laundry room, extended mudroom & entry plus a new primary suite & screened porch. Clients were looking to age in place by building a new 1st floor primary suite. As part of the project we were able to create better function, flow & storage by reconfiguring and extending the existing mudroom. Attached to the primary bedroom is a private screened porch perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or reading a good book.
