That's the best tiny house I have seen. You still have some privacy. I like that the bathroom is upstairs next to bedroom instead next to the kitchen. Also having proper stairs. Living room and Kitchen is kind of divided. I really like it.

Wow, this is one of your best yet! What I love most is the fact that the bathroom is on the same floor as the bedroom, that there's a nice little deck for relaxing, and that there's plenty of work space in the kitchen. Of course, I also love all the stairway storage - it's a big plus.
One thing that I'd like to suggest that you include more often is storage space for a broom or vacuum cleaner (in order to keep places looking pristine and beautiful).

Very neatly designed.👌👌It's incredible how you manage to pack so much storage space in these tiny houses! Really liked the kitchen. Women are finicky about their kitchens & possessive too. This design gives the impression of the kitchen being 'her space'. The placement of the dining table was intelligent thinking.
The washroom is attached to the bedroom, not the kitchen which gets a thumbs up from me.
How you managed to make space for the balcony in such a tiny space, is a wonder! It's such a cozy space.
While watching the exteriors, on the side of the house, what seemed a little out of sorts, were the sizes of the windows. While everything else in your designs gives a sense of harmony, always, the different sizes of the windows, which didn't seem incongruous from the inside of the house, somehow felt odd when looked at from the outside.
Otherwise, it's an excellent piece of work. Congratulations!👏 I hope you are getting many clients for your designs.

Only change I would make is to swap where the bed and door are in the bedroom so that the bed is facing the closets directly and you have a direct line to the balcony door from entering the bedroom. Otherwise it's fantastic!

Thanks for sharing. This design is a lot better than a condo unit! BTW . . . would it cost much more if the balcony is converted into a wrap around? That way, the window could be replaced by a folding door allowing much better air flow. Ditto with the ground floor. If there is a porch, the window in the living room could be replaced by folding/sliding doors bringing the outdoors in allowing better ventilation. Maybe rolling grills too for added security at night.

I really like this design; That kitchen layout especially (my only nitpick would be if there was just a little more counter space for cooking prep). It's PERFECT for that guy looking for a decent bachelor pad to call his own (me).

Rassel, the magician architect per excellence!! You managed to make home out of a shoebox!!! How can you do that?? Well YOU just did it!! 😊🤗 You keep truly faithful to yourself in every project whilst expanding in your own craft too!! Don't think it goes unnoticed my dear friend!! 🥰
the space downstairs is more delimited, the breakfast style table sets the end of living room and start of kitchen... i loved that! The more honey wooden colour accent in the stairs is stunning with the white.
The wall on the left as we flow upstairs... i can imagine that as an art gallery space I'd use because of size, space where it is and the natural light which will only bring out the art detailes of each piece... Sliding door ia a great idea, hexagonal shaped wooden framed mirror is a highlight against the wall tiled colour... so pretty... The ceiling lights on wood in the bedroom... what a pop of colour and style 🥰😍 and the balcony extension like of the bedroom is an ideal place to welcome the morning with a cuppa and loving morning treat to yourself and significant other. 🥰🤩
The mix of different woods and furniture styles is such an eclectic beautiful combination... i find it fun, welcoming and embracing to all who enter this little house.
The multiple touches of details throughout the house have become your faithful beauty spots Rassel 😉 I also loved the wooden frame-like ceiling in the entry for the lights and fan... i just love the combination of white and this honey shade wood it evokes a modern chic fresh and fun atmosphere, very youthful yet personal. I am happy you found it and compliments your character as an arquitect with personality inbeded in your work. I bet this is further forging your very own signiture... and you will surely be able to play with other woods and their natural colour and texture... how it changes the whole feel of a house into a home with different "soul" to it.... I feel different surrounded by dark redish wood ... it speaks a different language... this honey colour wood makes it perfect for a cosy, homely, tranquil, fresh, safe and clean, comfortable place to live in!
