Hey Gigi, I loved your testimony. It is edifying! My testimony is similar to yours. 2 years ago I was diagnosed with heart failure with one of my coronary arteries 80% blocked. While awake in the catherization lab with the catheter still in my chest the doc informed me about the blockage and recommended inserting a stent to open the artery. That’s the standard treatment. Gigi, I also prayed before this procedure and felt strongly led to decline the stent and trust the Lord Jesus Christ, the one to whom I prayed. I decided to trust Him whether I lived or died…whatever His will was for me. That was June 2022. So, I concur with your decision to trust and obey. Thanks for sharing your story!! To God be the glory!
It is crazy that I didn't connect mental, spiritual health with what i was eating until I heard Shane Sterling comment on it. Your friend needs to acquire that from a doctor they are working directly with. I would consider reaching out to Dr Joel Fuhrman or Dr Goldhamer. Or maybe even both. They both offer a program where you can stay there for a certain amount of time. Dr Fuhrman is one month at least, his is called Eat to Live Retreat. Gigi shared a wonderful story and it would be nice if her information was included in the description so we could easily see it without searching or waiting til the end of the video. I guess I answered my own question...the goal is to get more views more than sharing info. Very good interview. Loved it.
Edit- Finished entire video and the information shared was her business name Gigi’s Health and Wellness in Kansas City. No address, no contact info, no alternate way to buy her products if you don’t live in Kansas City. And no specifics about her festival. I hope you edit the description to add those things.
@@AngieRanel I'm just one person doing all this. So it's hard to cover all the bases.
Gigi do you raise your own produce to support your restaurant? Very serious inquiry. I would love to connect with you.
@@sheritamitchell1620 you may need to call her restaurant.
💚💚💚😊😊😊
I love this SO much!!!
Beautiful ❤❤❤❤. So inspiring. I will buying her products and book.
Wish I could eat there. Too far from me. Very encouraging to watch.
No excuses! If you start walking 🚶♂️ now, you can arrive there by January 2025. Goodluck! 😳

That grocer is a drug dealer for me. Well, it used to be. I would want sugar laden drinks, cakes, muffins, cookies, brownies, ice cream, popsicles, candy, snacks, etc. etc. etc.
@@dboyd1651yeah, I imagine once you get hooked on that stuff it's probably hard to kick. And a lot of it is tainted with animal secretion. A lot of it is redundant garbage. Out of 100 aisles I bet there's only two I go to for my whole vegan foods. Hopefully you will find it as easy as I do just to stick to those aisles.
@@dboyd1651 I focus on legumes, greens, grains, fruits, veggies, mushrooms, nuts, seeds, herbs and spices and a variety of each. Once I had this memorized it was just a matter of finding what I like in each of those categories.
@@VeganLinked What kind of herbs? I have been eating so many fruits and veggies but I seem to keep craving hummus for the veggies. But alot of the hummus contains oils and I am also trying to avoid seed oils of any kind.
Dr Greger mentions some in a recent Q&A I shot of him. ua-cam.com/video/zdX2QM7udKU/v-deo.htmlsi=Gsaef3Cn5hupVdQL
I currently just use things like ceylon cinnamon, fresh ground organic clove, cardamom, ginger in my porridge. Throughout the day I'll add turmeric with pepper, and parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme from my garden, and various others... But, at some point I want to hone in on stepping this up and incorporating some new ones.
I’m glad I seen this God took me to this ..I needed to see this ..and hear this thanks Gigi
I just joined this community today. Thank you so much Ms. Gigi for just confirming what I’ve been struggling with for a while now. I have VERY serious health issues and the first thing doctors want to suggest is surgery. I’m not doing it. I have faith that this can and will be reversed.
@@kimpointer21 well be careful! You may want to consider consulting a lifestyle medicine practitioner. Or some program like truenorth, Hippocrates Wellness, or eat to live retreat.
@@VeganLinked I would love to. And I would love to join your retreats as well
@@kimpointer21 I don't have a retreat. But I do hope to one day zoom buy some land and start a Food Forest and make it so people can visit, watch talks, commune, get immersed in this way of eating, and do videos on location instead of having to travel.

Hi how do I order from you.?
I may have colon cancer but my stepson has cancer of the bladder and now it has spread to the bone....does anyone know or heard of this being reversed, or at least stabilized so that the person can keep on living?
@@RobertSpiller all i csn do is recommend TrueNorth and maybe Hippocrates Wellness and finding a physician like Dr Weiss at Ethos.
@@RobertSpiller maybe start with TrueNorth, they offer a free phone consultation with Dr Goldhamer.
@@VeganLinked I'm now taking or using stem cell patches that doesn't cost an arm and a leg?
@@RobertSpiller I'm not sure if you're asking me a question or not or what you're saying. That's interesting though, stem cell patches...

Hello how can I purchase your product trying to eat healthy please
@@lawandahardy8569 Go to the grocery store and purchase legumes, greens, grains, fruits, veggies, mushrooms, nuts, seeds, herbs and spices and a variety of each. Check out the daily dozen app by nutritionfacts.org if you need help with that. And Google whole food vegan diet recipes.
So legumes would be things like black beans and lentils, split peas, soybeans, tofu, etc. Greens would be like romaine, arugula, kale, mixed greens, etc. Grains would be groat or steel cut oats, kamut, Farro, bulgur, whole grain rice, etc. and maybe quinoa fits in there too... Fruits you know what those are probably but things like kiwi, mango, apples, grapefruit, watermelon, etc and organic when you can. Veggies would be things like sweet potatoes, broccoli, cabbage, bok choy, carrots, onions like purple and green, etc. mushrooms you know what those are just get a variety. Nuts like walnuts are the best and every now and then a Brazil nut. The best seeds are whole flax seeds that you grind with a coffee grinder and you could do chia seeds that way too, hemp seeds are great also, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, those are the ones I try to get. Herbs and spices would be like Ceylon cinnamon, clove, cardamom, turmeric, parsley, sage, Rosemary, thyme, oregano, etc.

Please provede whole diet chart for stomach cancer my friend has stomach cancer , doctors had given her 2 months time ..... plz provide plz diet chart for stomach cancer
Dr Goldhamer has different lengths of time based on your condition and his program is called True North. I would probably start with Dr Goldhamer.
Here is a video I did recently of Dr Goldhamer doing a talk: ua-cam.com/video/QpmarB041JU/v-deo.htmlsi=9fY2uYBpvorf7r7M
