So glad yall posted THIS episode on youtube. Cuz so many people NEED TO HEAR THIS MAN SPEAK. Yahki has taught me so much. I'm trying to find a man like Yahki. But I heard you should write a list of everything you want your partner to be amd then become that list. That way anything you're asking for, you're also capable of maintaining those things yourself. So I have a LONG way to go. I haven't changed my diet. I have sickle cell disease so I take medications. Im still on narcotics (opiods) techincally loratab as well as other medicine. I want to start my health journey and I realize anything that comes out my mouth will just me an excuse. Ive watched hours of this mans videos and have learned a lot about the way the body works and what we should be putting into our bodies and minds. And I just wanna say if Yahki ever looks at comments or anyone from the 85 South show I just wanna say thank you for being a pillar for the boack community.
