What is great about Michael is that he isn't just another business man but has the soul of an artist. Or even more clearly he is both types, he is practical and creative, which is rare.
This is one of the most fun and also one of the most livable houses we have seen so far. That movie theater was awesome, and what a great idea to have a bed room connecting to it, so that people will have a reason to go in there other than to watch a movie. I'm sure this one is used ten times more often than the standard obligatory theaters we have seen in other houses. Those are typically in a special entertainment area where you don't have a reason to come on a regular basis.
Who ever put this house together are really creative its definitely a Michael house it suits is style great video guy's you both are great keep up the fantastic work

Without a doubt, by far my favorite house you guys have ever done. The styling and everything is exquisite, the use of space and how many neat little hideaways there are is amazing. And most importantly Adams moustache is glorious.

$5K per night would be one of the greatest bargains around. I thought I heard the agent say $45K per night which would make more sense. If it is being rented out for $150K per month there is no way they are letting it rent for $5K per night. That is not how the rental business works. I can see why they are renting it out because this would be a tough home to sell with such an eclectic interior.
Having never seen his face before, I think the mustache looks good on Adam! He probably learned about it on the same website that he learned about POV.
Wow what a house. So interesting layout and gorgeous view and hidden green areas. Personally I wasn’t a fan of all the Buddhas and art pieces. The small bedroom with greenery it made sense to have a Buddha, but felt copy and pasted in the other rooms. The art pieces felt like they’d be a nuisance and in the way, even if they were cool. But the overall interior design of the house was amazing honestly. A bit too eccentric maybe, but it was still very cool and even if I could buy the house and have lots of money over for renovations, I wouldn’t change a thing except maybe remove the TVs from bathrooms and opaque glass on the “jewel bathroom” by the kitchen. But still truly an amazing house. I loved it.

The nicest feature of this house is that the wall finishes were thought through. While not my taste, it's refreshing to see a large home that hasn't been done in acres of white painted sheet rock. I'm liking Adam's moustache.

Wow what a house. So interesting layout and gorgeous view and hidden green areas.
Personally I wasn’t a fan of all the Buddhas and art pieces. The small bedroom with greenery it made sense to have a Buddha, but felt copy and pasted in the other rooms. The art pieces felt like they’d be a nuisance and in the way, even if they were cool.
But the overall interior design of the house was amazing honestly.
A bit too eccentric maybe, but it was still very cool and even if I could buy the house and have lots of money over for renovations, I wouldn’t change a thing except maybe remove the TVs from bathrooms and opaque glass on the “jewel bathroom” by the kitchen.
But still truly an amazing house. I loved it.
Very interesting and different house! I would like to see more houses like this one on the channel.

What a lovely house. So much nicer than the beige boring 75 million dollar boxes.
The nicest feature of this house is that the wall finishes were thought through. While not my taste, it's refreshing to see a large home that hasn't been done in acres of white painted sheet rock.
