@@cephasmakuzva most gated communities give police access codes to cut down on security/hoa costs. And the ones that don't are required to allow the police in if called. Neighbors could have seen his old shitty car and known he wasn't a resident and called. Or he was exaggerating how close to the home he really was.
He probably has multiple homes. And he’s probably going through quarantine. (And he’s probably kidnapped)

this is one of the best house tour. Bravo to whom designed it.
Awesome place. The guy got taste! It’s one of the few places where I would essentially make no changes to the furnishing! Love it! The only thing I’m not really that fond of is how the house looks from the outside, but it wouldn’t be deal breaker!

Just like what Michael said, I also think that "it's country-esque style combined with modern tastes" . The results is a warmer modern house, country but doesn't look old, modern but doesn't feel too cold. And also it doesn't bring the feel like "a house that's too big and feels like hotels vibe". It's still has a house vibe. Love it. ♥️

Based on whose house they were in. It was kind of funny they went around touching everything during a Pandemic. Poor Howie's anxiety was probably through the roof lol.

We always love to watch the vids, but with with wide angle and the moving here and there really makes us dizzy on the living hall TV.
Every since we started watch my wife always did not feel well after watching, that time we did not notice it was the video.
then later on i were watching the house review a lone then i started to get dizzy.
a stabilizer or not swaying so much? now i only manage to watch like 5 mins max

What a gorgeous home! Big but warm, I love it. I personally don't need a view of the city or the ocean so this peaceful property suits me perfectly! And it's 1/4th of a price of similar homes with no land in the hills!
The tour seemed a little rushed. Great livable home though.
