Really appreciate the fact that they didn't cut the whole water pipeline scene form from the video! It's really appreciated that you guys show the pros as well as the cons, that's what make these videos genuine.
The bed(room) in the cellar gym is the most idiotic thing ever seen. LOL

It's 511 North Arden Drive, Beverly Hills. The sticky trap door means there's moisture down there in that sump pump pit. By the looks of the manhole cover and the pipes under the door it looks like it has overflowed at least once. There's also a couple of small water stains in the wood flooring on top of the trap door. The landscaping in the backyard is immature so the neighbors to the left as you walk out of the back of the house have a view right into your back yard from their second floor, so no skinny dipping. You can rent it for $95,000 a month, with a $220,000 security deposit or you can do weekly rentals according to the website.

The 1929 original house was half the size of this house had a garage where the pool sits and was accessed from the alley in the back of the property.
