Yeah, the noise would be a real problem for me. I suppose you could cut it down some if the fence was replaced with something higher but even if the building code allowed it there's no way it will cancel all the road noise. Which is a real shame as that pool area is meant to be enjoyed.

The two of u r hysterical to watch! I love it! The houses r absolutely stunning! As ur walking thru, it blows my mind that someone lives here! They wake up an shower, in that incredible place, then go into the huge room just for clothes! Aka; closet! It just blows my mind like I said that someone has their everyday life here. The only thing that I personally had a problem with was that u could hear a lot of traffic, it doesn’t bother everyone, but if I’m buying a mega million dollar home, I want privacy an quiet. The view was breathtaking! Thank u for the tours! I love the relationship u have with ur camera man, it’s really fun to watch the two of u! Rather than a serious man or woman just walking thru with no commentary. Ur camera man deserves a raise! Also I notice u seem to be rushing thru an not letting us see everything. A lot of rooms he is only able to go around the room really fast an on to the next. Take ur time, there r many reasons people will fall in love with a home so make sure we see everything. They r huge beautiful houses, but always remember it’s the little things! God Bless!

My deck is so nice and sturdy now, that it can easily hold few nice realtor in high hills. Not only one by one for a quick visit, but also all together for a long lasting party. And when the ladies are tired, they will have just to sit and relax on my deck while I take care of the rest!

I fail to understand any negativity toward Michael. His wealth is self created and his personality is infectious. I’m relatively new to this channel and love it. For me, Michaels wealth adds a grand fascination to the channel and allows content that wouldn’t be possible otherwise. Anyone who resents this, does so out of jealousy and that’s petty. It amazes me how much more value for money some of these "cheaper" houses have over ones 2- 3 times more expensive. That is a great house I could see myself living in. Love how they didnt waste the space under the stairs and made it a bar.

This is by far the best house toured as of yet. The flow throughout the house is quite something. What an amazing outdoor oasis retreat & all this in the heart of Beverly Hills. Perfect for anyone seeking privacy (as in a celebrity) without compromising space, but not feeling lost. I just luv it...feels & looks like a super ubber highend lux 5 stars resort. For some reason this outdoor space reminds me of southern coastal Florida not west coast, L.A. Thx Michael & Adam for the tour....

I visited Prada Marfa a few months ago. It's in the middle of nowhere Texas. Marfa and Fort Davis, TX are neat places. I suggest everyone make the drive. Attend a Star Party at the nearby McDonald Observatory as well!

It surprises me how knowledgable Adam is on many different topics, like that Himalayan salt stone in the water. Spending some time with those two would be probably a very fun time.
