    Thanks Rujuta for encouraging me for a healthy life. One thing is very much clear to me that being energetic is important also for weigh loss. When v diet ,v r so much weak that cannot do exercise or walk properly. PL. Keep doing this for us

    Rujuta, you are doing an awesome job! Not many as successful as you would like to guide general public towards stress free and healthy living, without any expectation in return. Thank you so much. I can understand that you cannot respond to thousands of queries, yet I have one request. I suffer from hypothyroidism for past 2 years and take 50 mcg Thyronorm daily. Can I get rid of thyroid permanently, if yes, how, kindly advise.

      I m 57 had diagnosed with thyroid so taking thyronom, my problem is insomnia and I walk for one hour but not reducing though not putting on I am 73 kg.problem is because of walking my legs ache very badly please help,v r thankful that v have some one like you thank you.

    Hi Rujuta, firstly appreciate your effort, I have lost 23kgs in two years,I eat healthy,don't eat after 5.30,sleep on time and exercise (leaving) Sunday,I love eating local n not packaged food, whatever you have been telling,is true to the core.I love your way of sincerity, only one thing I want to ask is ,how can I inculcate more health in my life......???I have filled the form.

    Hi Rujuta, I have a query here.
    How about weight gain?
    On most of the videos you focus on weight loss but there are people who want to put healthy weight .
    I'm underweight due to lack of proper intake of food as I stay away from home.
    Can you please advise on what nutrition and activities and changes I should follow to make myself healthy and fit please.

    Hi
    I guess I m following 5th guideline since beginning
    Doing all household work from cooking to cleaning everything.,walking for at least 1km daily bcoz of Office location .(since 1.5yrs)
    As living on 3rd floor going by steps everyday
    Still i out on weight ..When i join office i was 45 kg even though doing all this i reached to 56..
    What will be d reason????

    i live in Virginia (USA), where we don't get any domestic help like India, so i do every thing my self, take care what i eat, do pranayama, water aerobics, but due thyroid unable to loose weight.i climb stairs 10-12 times a day. I have read ur book too, but that didn't help me much, Please make video for that too or u can advice me, Thanks in advance.

      Are you suffering from hyperthyroid?
      If yes then it's quite difficult. Have some paitions.
      Take proper sleep (7-8 hrs)
      Drink maximum water.
      Do ujjaiyi pranayama, sarvangasan and matsyasan.

      After doing this for a one month properly your medicine power will decrease then slowly you can lose your weight.

      Add fiber....like fruits ...any one fruit a day.....drink atleast 3 glasses of lukewarm water first thing in morning even b4 brush...and walk atleast 40 minutes...if possible at a stretch.

      Mam this is my third attempt but mam no reply, mam please take something time and reply, my problem is I am thyroid patient my Thyroid stimulating Harmon is high I take thyronorm, I walk for 1hrs. Every day but problem is not reducing , and my bone pains, can I take banana becoz of thyroid,I am following all your advice, I have insomnia,please help ,I have big hope,please help,Thank you.

      Hi Geeta,
      I have a Thyroid problem too . I eat banana twice or a few time a week . It help me for avoiding the bloating . ( but I cannot eat in the morning. ) I like to have it in the mid - morning snack . ( only bananas or have nuts with it ). If you have insomnia, you think about doing breathing exercises, yoga and meditation a few times a week . I hope this advice will help you . If you like it , take it or leave it .
