Hi Geeta, I have a Thyroid problem too . I eat banana twice or a few time a week . It help me for avoiding the bloating . ( but I cannot eat in the morning. ) I like to have it in the mid - morning snack . ( only bananas or have nuts with it ). If you have insomnia, you think about doing breathing exercises, yoga and meditation a few times a week . I hope this advice will help you . If you like it , take it or leave it .
