I do enjoy these types of workouts! I don't care for getting down on the ground if I have to, so standing ab workouts are the perfect way to target my middle.

I found you last week and I’m so glad I did! Your workouts are calm but intense and basically the opposite of what’s out there (which I love) I feel comfortable working out around my two young girls because I don’t have to worry about the music being inappropriate or LOUD or have to worry about you saying something like “curls get the girls and thighs get the guys” 😂 I honestly don’t want them to learn that. Haha. Thank you!!

love how this combines cardio and abs/core! im sure my form wasnt quite right i found myself losing balance a lot but i really felt my core and heartrate engaged. the 10 mins went by really fast

its good to know my stamina came back after years, i did this with no problem after a 30 min hiit
I am on Week 6 on the App and have lost five pounds - so far -- I know it's not just about weight but the change is great - helping me to feel so much lighter. I love the 10 minute workouts because I have a hard time getting started on the longer ones -- I make excuses. But once I do a quick 10 minutes, I am ready to go on to a half hour and then another half hour -- usually try for an hour work out daily. This was great!!! Jazz is so beautiful!!! Big girl!!! xoxo

This was a sweat fest but I like it! 😁 I must say it's also challenging to keep balance while doing some of these, but you made it look much easier.
