Gear Preview: Jack Wolfskin's Ultralight Alpspitz Air Collection

Ulrich Dausien founded Wolfskin in 1981 to fill a gap in the German outdoor industry. In 1994, Ulrich sold the company to Johnson, a US group and it is now the largest outdoor brand in Europe. You're looking at reasonably priced, sustainable, high quality designs and products.
The technologies incorporated into the Alpspitz is mindblowing. Protection against the wind, cold, light rain and snow with a featherlight feel and off the charts breathability for an outer layer.
