The Hells Angels Minneapolis Chapter were just Angels, understood. No wrong doings from them. Heard it cops? They're good guys. Motorcycle enthusiasts only.
If I remember correctly in the scene from Sons of Anarchy where they burn the tattoo. He was told when he left to have it blacked out or removed and he came back with it still in one piece, so as a punishment they offered to either burn it off or cut it off.
There’s a local club where I live and they are kinda small but they do have a legit club house and they all hang out at the local bars on a regular basis. I know them well and my dad was friends with a lot of them, while he was growing up. Pretty much anyone is allowed at the club house as long as you go with someone who knows the members. They serve alcohol at the club house to make money but a lot of these guys are actually broke. There aren’t really any rival clubs against them either. They’re really just a group of guys, who ride motorcycles, wear leather and patches and have a club house. A lot of them drink and do/sell coke but it’s literally NOTHING like what you see on tv or movies.
What club is this? I come from a neighborhood protected by this kind of people. Let me tell you that there are laws that were passed in Canada, especially in Québec, just to prosecute some of the members, because they would have such a large number of counts for murder that prosecuting them the regular way wouldn't be possible. Whatever club you're talking about is NOT a 1% club. You live in a delusion if you think those guys don't exist. You're just talking about a regular, non-outlaw, 99%, motorcycle club. Anyone can start a club of anything. You're more than welcome to create a patch design, set-up a clubhouse and make it a bar. That's NOT a 1% club, this is why there is a 1% patch. It's just a motorcycle club. Lol this is like saying, "I know some guys in a gentlemen club, al lthey do is wearing suits and playing cards and pool and smoking cigars, lol the mafia don't exist"... are you seriously this naïve?
@@104thironmike4we have real bikers here in Quebec. The American HA respect all the Canadian Hells Angels especially in Quebec. Look up the Quebec biker war between HA and Rock Machine. I’ll paste an Excerpt from an American journalist. “In March 2002, American journalist Julian Rubinstein wrote about the biker war: "Considering how little attention the story has attracted outside Canada, the toll is staggering: 162 dead, scores wounded. The victims include an 11-year-old boy killed by shrapnel from one of the more than 80 bombs bikers planted around the province. Even the New York Mafia in its heyday never produced such carnage, or so terrorized civilians."
Worked a full service gas station in HS back in the 80's when a club was rolling through town. I probably topped off 60-70 bikes that day, put a shop rage under the nozzle so no drops on the paint. Not a dropped spilled and made over $100 in tips that day.
The Mayans scene about them dealing stuff in actual working factories and stuff, that do happen. It's just a coverup as normal police won't really check on factories unless there's some tip off or a major crime going on so it's easier for them to pack goods since it's a factory and also receive it thru other shipment of stuff that's coming into the factory. What I meant was, if it was a garment factory like that, it'll be easier for the initial runners to stuff keys of drugs into the garment shipment, send it to the factory to be cut, packed and redistributed without much issue as cops won't specifically open trucks and check every one of them nor check big factories like that unless they had a tip off or the driver of said truck fucks up. So in fact, quite alot of different orgs besides OMGs use these as coverups for various crimes they do be it drug distribution, money laundering or underground gambling dens. One of the most notorious users of such things are the Mafia and the Triads where it's a normal jewelry shop outfront but upstairs could be a gambling den or loansharking office. It does happen alot.

So he should rate the level of escalation of the scene. He get's a 2 out of 10 as an expert.
About the tattoo getting burned off in SoA... it was burned off because he DIDNT get it blacked out. Having it blacked out was the policy. Burning it off was punishment for not doing it. Not SOP.

Can’t for wait for 9 of them to be from sons of anarchy
The Hells Angels Minneapolis Chapter were just Angels, understood. No wrong doings from them. Heard it cops? They're good guys. Motorcycle enthusiasts only.
@jimmyoddjobs And you don't seem able to understand a joke, it's okay. We can't all understand everything.
@@munstersaaw man, they were so embarrassed they deleted their comment. I wish I could have read it.
If I remember correctly in the scene from Sons of Anarchy where they burn the tattoo. He was told when he left to have it blacked out or removed and he came back with it still in one piece, so as a punishment they offered to either burn it off or cut it off.

Saying the Hells Angels and the Mongols didn’t get along would be putting it lightly.
They should have included Sopranos Vipers Girl Scout Troop, I'd have liked to see his reaction.
@@jas_bataille lmfao, anyone can print and sew on a 1% patch, too.
Brilliant, really enjoyed all the comments about the films, et cetera. Nice to hear it from that prospect. 19:25
That lie detector test would've been handy on Tony Tait 😂
I'm so frickin proud to be from Minnesota, even our Hell's Angels chapter is super polite lmao, I love it.
Good old "Pat the Rat"

My grandma was on that Laughlin bike ride and staying in that hotel the Hells Angels fought the Mongles . She called all excited about it. 😂
Sons of anarchy will forever remain my best man show for decades.
Sadly last 2 seasons were a mess but overall amazing series.
18:35 "BAR COLD BEER"
10/10 for the most realistic compositing job I have ever seen in my entire life on this planet.
A Bronx Tale is based on events that happened during Chazz Palminteri (Sonny, who also wrote the play before it became a movie) about him witnessing a gang killing. C was him as a kid growing up.🤷♂️
That guy doesn't really work! So he says, yeah that all happened but I wasn't involved in that, so let's give that a 4. And he rates things without context. That burning off of the tattoo has a lot of context. They would have blacked it out? Well yeah, but he didn't. So he should rate the level of escalation of the scene. He get's a 2 out of 10 as an expert.
About the tattoo getting burned off in SoA... it was burned off because he DIDNT get it blacked out. Having it blacked out was the policy. Burning it off was punishment for not doing it. Not SOP.
@redrebel__ huh?
Oh wow. Im from Indiana and knew members of the hell's henchman. Ive never heard anyone else talk about them!

I'll never forget driving through downtown Minneapolis in the mid 90's on Washington Ave. right by the north end of Nicollet mall and seeing a junk pile van pulled over. As someone who's heavily evolved in the motorcycle scene and frequently hangs out with MC's if the mob asks you to leave, you don't question it or fight them you just leave unless your life isn't valuable to you. I live in NY there are still plenty of Italians out here that will let's say "end your suffering". If you go into an establishment and they're well dressed Italians that politely ask you to leave without any sweat on their face or nervousness it means you should probably leave.
Yes the no sweat or nervousness is the "picture that says a thousand words" lol
The Hells Angels, the Bandidos and the outlaws are the largest, second-largest and third largest outlaw motorcycle clubs (1 percenter clubs)
The Hells Angels are the world's largest outlaw motorcycle club, with over 6,000 members and 467 charters in 59 countries.
The Bandidos Motorcycle Club has an estimated membership of 2,000-2,500 and 303 chapters in 22 countries ( I don't understand how they are the second largest even though the numbers that I'm looking at a smaller than the Outlawz but this is what you will find on the internet)
The Outlaws Motorcycle Club is the third-largest outlaw motorcycle club in the world, with over 3,000 members and 441 chapters in 43 countries.
Another 48 hours and Stone Cold are both highly underrated movies with bikers as the villains.
9:00 This is a Lie. I have PERSONALLY been denied entrance to Minnesota Bars for wearing Dickies, Hats, ect. There is no law making it illegal for Bars to deny entrance based on your clothing.
You can be told you cannot enter certain places where you're supposed to be dressed nicely. I highly doubt you were at some random bar. I guarantee there was a dress code and you didn't meet it. There is a difference. You can't go into a fancy steakhouse in slippers and pajama pants man. Think.

It's funny that he likes Sons of Anarchy best when essentially this is a soap opera on bikes with the most ridiculous plotlines.
Sonny Barger made a guest appearance on SOA, so it helped give it some credibility.
The patch burning scene was inspired by the Hammerskins who did this to several members in their early years.
Eastern Hammer here, no we did it to former members who broke off and started the Confederate Hammers. They were rocking the hammers with the red, black and white in the cog and the Hammers over a confederate flag. You can't claim both while going rogue. I am no longer an active member, that's for the young kids, those of us in our mid 40s grew up, started families, have careers and such is life.
*cant* claim both

Thats what I was thinking when he talked about one gang meeting a different gang, and _obviously_ they would not get along.
Like, why? Couldnt they just enjoy their beers, talk about their common hobby, riding bikes and whatnot?
Sounds very much like teenagers making up fake reasons to beat the different gang up...

Yeah, that's the entire point of the show. The days of the club being about bikes and freedom died with the original president. The show depicts what could happen when you lose site of that. No one in a position of authority cares about anything but themselves, and all the secrets stay coming out.

12:46 in the story he was put on bad standing and was meant to be blacked out but it was about a year or two later that it was found out that he still hasn’t gotten it fixed…
I wish they would have explained the circumstances in some of the clips, for example the 'burning off the ink' scene from sons of anarchy was because the guy was out bad and had NOT blacked out his ink several months after getting kicked out. They found out he still had the ink and were forcing him to remove it in their presence by either fire or knife (as they weren't tattoo artists to black it out themselves lol)
Dude narced, probably has a price on his head. Love how he’s so careful to say it happened in other chapters but not mine, then he says he was hardcore in the life

Usually the treasurer has a veto power when it comes to financial issues. By veto I mean veto against the president too. The only thing the President can do is call in a meeting and try to get the club to vote for his proposal but the treasurer has to explain why he vetoed the president and back his own decision in front of the club and the club decides.
Hell’s Angels clubhouses were always the best places to go trick-or-treating.

Sons Of Anarchy when they burned his tattoo off. He was supposed to have it blacked out but never did. They found out about it then burned it off.
I read his biography, its fascinating.
Joseph Bonano had a fascinating bio detailing how he wasn't an Italian mafia boss of one of the five families and how the FBI unfairly targetted him for hanging out with the other bosses of the families even though they were just hanging out sipping fine wine and eating amazing pasta without once talking about whacking someone for snitching or how profitable prostitutes were compared to unions.

"I run a lie detector test on prospects" so you vetted your potential members with a completely debunked test? That is hilarious.

i would like to know how a lie detector test in Hells Angels works
how can you detect a police infiltrator from everyone else?
Technically a lie detector is worse than useless -- it's a subjective measurement w/ a high rate of false positives & false negatives than can be consistently beaten w/ practice -- but the possibility that it _might_ work can be psychologically powerful & might persuade undercover cops not to risk it..
@@nathansmith3608you’re right - the whole deal is to psych out the person taking the test and making them super nervous. The actual test isn’t very long at all, but it’s preceded by a long interview/interrogation. Then they hook you up, “calibrate the machine,” then ask pointed questions.
The only question that really matters is “did you lie at any time during our interview? Nearly everyone freaks at this - did I? Did I inadvertently lie?
The tester says “hey, the test isn’t over yet, everyone makes a few mistakes…what did you mess up on?”
The reaction of the person can tell you so much.
