Whetever you do, don't give up. All of ther Halloween 1-2 locations are in the Pasadena area. A weekend getaway to the LA area and you can see it all(plus a lot of other locations like the elm street house).
I used to think I'd never get a chance myself but with a little research and planning it's crazy doable.

Thanks, we do plan a trip to Las Vegas with the boys someday. We got married there. I'll tell the wife that we need to drive to Pasadena when we go. Florida is a good ways. Keep up the good work.

I like to watch the Halloween movies because of the idyllic US residential areas and their beautiful houses. Especially I liked the daytime shots with the Indian summer that only exists in North America. Today the Halloween films are too brutal for me. I think horror is also possible without slaughter. In the old movies you just saw the knife and heard a noise.
