Just finished this for the fist time and I realize this is the perfect workout to do alongside the upper body focused one that also doesn't need equipment, while I recover from one I can do the other.
O my gosh, Alex! MY LEGS kill! You had me majorly sweating! I did not get all the exsercies right at first But,I got them toward the end. I couldn't hold the finisher had to stop twice. 😪 But I feel good thanks! 😀

Hey Max I’d also add on a back workout in there so you create a full balanced routine. Yes the benefit of my app is that you don’t have to think about how to structure a week or any training at all as the whole plan is written and planned for you 😄💪
Damn my legs are pulsing and I’m a girlie that squat 200 with barbell squats 😬 this was a killa workout 🔥 need more! I wanted to do something without weights today since I stayed home and didn’t go to the gym. Boy did this hit 💪🏾
If we all just started wearing 70s short shorts we wouldn't have to keep pulling our shorts up to show our results. Think of the fabric saved. Some things were better in the past. Discuss. 💪
I absolutely hated this workout..but in a good way. My legs never been in so much pain during the workout. I had to pause a lot of times and do easier versions, but I want to come back and do it again to get my legs even stronger! 🔥
as someone who has done a lot of running but never done a home leg workout before, my internal dialogue was: section 1: ok yeah i can feel this building some strength, probably good for my joints section 2 exercise 1: tbh though running must be better exercise, i don't think this is doing much everything after that: aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
I detest this series… this is unreasonably hard… but it is necessary. This exercise probably saved me from breaking my knee and ankle when I had my snow boarding accident last January…
