I know some people hate Brussels... but I am here to say that when Brussels are fixed this way, they are absolutely fantastic. I have done almost identical process for over 40 years in cast iron pan, just with less balsamic... I use a bit of honey with the balsamic to get my sweet with the sour. Enjoy!
I've cooked Brussel sprouts in an Air fryer and on the Blackstone and I like them with a balsamic glaze. Bacon 🥓 makes it even better!

Another good addition to these are chopped dried apricots 👍 and a few chopped pecans (walnuts) The fruit just pops!
Pro Tip, use the spine of the knife to scrape the bacon of the cutting board. Scraping with the blade will dull it very quickly.

Looks really good but I might tweak the recipe just a little. Skip the sprouts and sauce and just eat the bacon!!!
